Abstract】 In order to bring the special combustion equipment for biomass to the market and realize its commercial production, this study started from the analysis of the design basis of the first generation of biomass pellet fuel hot water boiler, and improved the design of some problems such as high furnace temperature and high exhaust gas temperature of the first generation of biomass moulded fuel hot water boiler, and manufactured a new type of hot water boiler burning biomass pellet fuel. The thermal performance test was carried out under four working conditions, and the thermal performance indicators met the design requirements, making up for the shortcomings of the first generation, among which the combustion efficiency was the highest and the thermal efficiency was the highest. (1) The thermal efficiency of the new biomass pellet fuel hot water boiler has been significantly improved, and the thermal efficiency of the first generation of biomass pellet boiler under the best working conditions has increased by nearly 9 percentage points after the improvement. (2) The heat dissipation loss of the new biomass pellet fuel upshift hot water boiler has been significantly reduced.
The heat dissipation loss of the first-generation biomass pellet fuel boiler under the optimal working conditions was that the heat dissipation loss under the optimal working conditions of the boiler was reduced by one percentage point after improvement. (3) The exhaust heat loss of the new biomass pellet fuel hot water boiler has been significantly reduced. The exhaust gas heat loss of the first-generation biomass pellet fuel boiler is under the best working conditions, and the exhaust gas heat loss under the best working conditions of the boiler is about 7 percentage points lower after improvement. (4) The new biomass pellet fuel hot water boiler not only improves the thermal efficiency, but also reduces the pollutant emission, exhaust gas temperature and furnace temperature of the boiler. (5) The technical and economic evaluation of the new biomass pellet fuel hot water boiler is carried out, and the boiler is economically feasible from the evaluation data, and from the current development trend, the boiler also has great market potential and broad development prospects.
