My understanding of spiritual practice is "enlightenment", which is no different from ordinary people's lives, but if you tell others what you think, those who believe you will say that you are a master, and those who don't believe will say that you are crazy and mentally ill, or you will suspect that you are cheating money, hehe.

Don't laugh at the cultivators, we have to respect them, learn from them, and learn from the real enlightened ones, comprehension is the depth of thinking, learning is the foundation of practice, you can't stay outside the door, otherwise what awaits you is death, don't take money as the first, but in the end, making money is like chasing the sun, like pulling weeds, never finished, but when life comes to an end, with the will to die, thwart all the devils who destroy my practice, and don't go out of the sea of life and death, what joy is there? The world is not heaven, this is not a land, laugh at me? The one who dies is you, see who can have the last laugh, death is the duel of truth, this is the only way to verify whether what you have learned in your life is the truth.

1. The final exam, the test of God, the test of the true gold of the heart.

The responsibility of life is to transcend death, this is the ultimate meaning of truth, is the common understanding of all sincere people, truth is a one-person battle, no one can fight side by side with you, this is an invisible battle, the contest between life and death, the battle between heart and spirit, the result of the battle is that the loser becomes sentient beings, re-enters reincarnation, and the successful one becomes a Buddha, the same as the universe, immortal and immortal.

The immeasurable benefits of spiritual practice.

The same is true for us cultivators, the purpose of which is to enlighten wisdom, help sentient beings, and improve the civilization of the earth. However, it will naturally benefit oneself, one's family, and one's ancestors, relatives, and friends in the past, present, and future. Therefore, after we have practiced together, we know that our ancestors will also be liberated and transcendent.

Their lives are also smoother, richer and happier.

If the people of all the worlds cultivate like this, our earth will become a very civilized and advanced planet, just like other planets. At that time, we could invent anything, and we would be satisfied with any material aspect. Because when our spirit is happy and our wisdom is improved, we will do everything.

Why do other planets have UFOs and more civilized machines? That's because they're wiser than we are. The reason why other planets don't drive cars with gasoline is because they're smarter than us.

They have found a lot of different raw materials, and even if they are available now, we haven't found them yet, because we don't know about them yet, or we don't know how to use them. But gradually we already know part of it!

So we now have televisions, **, computers, a lot of more civilized medical machines and scientific tools. But if we compare it with other worlds, these are like garbage, useless and ** things in other worlds. These are not very high-class worlds!

High, but not the highest. There are other higher realms where you can fly without a UFO; We can communicate without words, we can watch anywhere we like without TV.

In that kind of world, they use more wisdom than our world, and the difference between us and them is just this place. The smartest people on our planet use some clever ingredients. Can you imagine? That's it! So the earth is quite backward.

Get rid of life and death, and live in bliss.

In the past two days, I have been reading Aditya Shanti's "True Practice", and I am very happy after reading it.

What is said in the book does not conflict with the Mahamudra meditation practice, and after reading this book, I am even more convinced that the practice of meditation is a good practice, but I have not followed it properly.

The book addresses two important issues. The first is to let go of the manipulation of the mind and follow everything as it is. The second is to inquire inward.

The question asked is "Who am I?" Or, "What am I?" "By constantly questioning oneself, one frees oneself from one's identity, one's mind, one's emotions, one's body, one's identity, and returns to that most source, which is the awareness that is always contemplating the mind, the mind, the emotions, the body, the self.

Awareness has always been there, it has never left, it is the most real existence, but we are so used to the manipulation of the brain that we ignore its existence.

To live is to practice, to walk, sit and lie down. The best practice is to go with the flow ......

I just don't want to live in ignorance.
