If you invest the borrowed money, the more you borrow, the more you earn. Your liabilities will become your premium assets. If you have 10,000 yuan as your investment principal, and you use 10,000 yuan to invest, the investment income is 10% annualized, and after a year, 10,000 yuan will become 11,000 yuan, and you have earned 1,000 yuan. If you don't have the principal, you go and borrow 10,000 yuan at an annual interest rate of 3%, and you have to repay 10,300 yuan after a year. If you take the borrowed 10,000 yuan to invest, and after a year, your return on investment is 11,000 yuan, and then you repay the borrowed 10,300 yuan, then you don't have to take the principal yourself after a year, and you can still earn 700 yuan.
If you borrow 20,000 yuan, you can earn 1,400 yuan.
If you have a debt of 10,000 yuan and you earn 10,000 yuan one day, will you use the 10,000 yuan to pay off the debt, or will you use the 10,000 yuan to invest? If the interest on your 10,000 yuan debt is still 3%, and you still have an investment opportunity with an annualized return of 10%, then you can use the 10,000 yuan to invest, instead of choosing to repay the 10,000 yuan debt, which is a better rational choice.
Let's summarize, under what circumstances do you have debt, or is it better to leave debt? First of all, the money is invested, not spent, and the return on investment must be higher than the cost (interest) of debt, so that there can be leverage, which can bring you income.

The so-called karma is the karma that we create, the karma of the mind, the karma of the body, and the karma of the mouth. We can create good karma or bad karma, so that there will be good or bad karma, and there is also a kind of unrecorded karma, which is the karma of not being good or evil. All the karma that we create is hidden in our alayas and becomes the seeds of future retribution, and this is karma.
Don't think that "there is no karma when you do good deeds, only if you do evil deeds, you have karma", this is not right, as long as it is work, it is karma. Buddhism uses emptiness to break all obstacles, not by doing good deeds.
Karma is indeed a karmic cause. The karmic result is to report obstacles.

What is happening in our thoughts, our words, and our actions is called karma. There is good karma, there is bad karma, and there is no calculated karma. Negative karma leads us into the three evil realms in the future, and good karma leads us into the three virtuous paths.
