3) Reduce pod loss. Reduce the impact and pull of the cutter on the plant, ensure that the cutter is sharp, and the cutter gap meets the requirements; Adjust the tension of the transmission belt of the swing ring box to prevent the cutting speed from dropping due to the slippage of the transmission belt and affecting the cutting quality; Reduce the blow and scratch of the bean stalk pod by the wheel of the relay. In the early harvest stage, the moisture content of bean branches is higher, and the rotation speed of the tossing wheel can be appropriately higher. In the late stage, the bean branch is dry and prone to fried pods, and the rotation speed of the wheel should be lower.
