How to customize the Oracle dialect

11G server is OK to choose oracle10gdialect, in fact, there is no substantial difference. Both 8i and 9 inherit dialects, while 9i inherits 8i and 10i inherit 9i's dialect, adding some new features, and the pagination implementation is different, but the efficiency is comparable.
