3. Strictly control the gathering of personnel, temporarily do not hold large-scale conferences and all kinds of offline trainings within 1 week, and strictly control group activities. Implement "postponement of happy events, simple handling of funerals, and no banquets". All places of religious activity (including places of folk belief) are temporarily closed, and all religious activities are suspended;

4. Primary and secondary schools and kindergartens are closed in advance, colleges and universities are closed for management, and training institutions are suspended for 1 week;

5. All party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, communities, public places, means of transportation, outdoor scenic spots, catering units (takeaways), supermarkets and other places in the city should strictly implement measures such as scanning codes, temperature measurements, standardizing the wearing of masks, ventilation and disinfection.
