2) Interpretation of exemption conditions: the old and new policies apply at the same time!

1. There are two exemption conditions, which must be met at the same time! The specific situation is analyzed as follows:

Applicants who meet the requirements for exempting some subjects must meet the two conditions of obtaining senior professional titles and working in pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine at the same time. The category of senior professional title is the senior professional title of pharmacy, medicine or pharmacy obtained by working in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine. Chief (deputy chief) physicians, chief (deputy director) technicians, chief (deputy director) nurses engaged in medical, preventive, health care, medical technology, and nursing work, and professors (associate professors) engaged in teaching, scientific research, and management in colleges and universities are not eligible for exemption from the two subjects.

The senior title should be obtained before the application deadline.

2. Analysis of the exemption of junior college candidates and above:

Applicants with a college degree or above who meet the requirements for exemption from some subjects will have their results managed on a rolling basis for 2 years from 2019, and must pass the examination subjects within two consecutive examination years. For those who participate in the 2018 licensed pharmacist qualification examination and are exempted from some subjects, the validity period of their examination results shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the original document No. 34, and their qualified subject examination results will only be valid in 2018 and will not be rolled over to 2019.

3. Meet the old exemption conditions, and before 2021, you can also be exempted from the exam! But the results are valid for 1 year:

Candidates who have been hired for senior professional and technical positions in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, have been engaged in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for 20 consecutive years, and meet the conditions for exemption from two subjects stipulated in Article 5 of the "Implementation Measures for the Professional Qualification Examination for Licensed Pharmacists" in the original document No. 34, can continue to apply for exemption from two subjects before December 31, 2020, and the validity period of their examination results shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the original No. 34 document, and they must pass the examination subjects within one examination year. After the transition period, the secondary school degree no longer meets the application conditions of the "Regulations on the Professional Qualification System for Licensed Pharmacists", and it cannot apply for the professional qualification examination for licensed pharmacists in the way of exemption from two subjects.

2022 Licensed Pharmacist Qualification Examination.
