They don't know that they already have all these things, and even more precious things than these, and that's the unenlightened person.

What is Enlightenment?

Speaking of enlightenment, many people may think that enlightenment is a superhuman achievement or an unattainable goal, believing that enlightenment is for the Buddha and does not belong to them, at least not in this life.

In fact, the Buddha simply defined enlightenment as "the end of suffering," which is the re-awareness of the essence and the maintenance of this state of awareness-experience.

To put it simply, it's about truly finding your inner self.

Everyone can't stop thinking as long as they live, and this non-stop thinking activity prevents us from reaching a state of inner tranquility, and at the same time creates a false self.

Of course, if the mind is used correctly, it will be a super powerful tool; But if it is not used properly, it will constantly cast shadows of fear and suffering. It's a terrible annoyance, and almost everyone suffers from it.

The beginning of liberation from thinking is to realize that we are not an entity that thinks about the problem – the thinker. If we can get out and observe this thinker very well, then we can activate that higher level of consciousness.

Then we will be able to free ourselves from our minds, we will be able to see the truth of all the facts, and we will begin to awaken.

And this process of awakening is enlightenment. Enlightenment is not only the end of suffering and internal and external conflicts, but also the end of thinking.
