If you have to be determined, if you can't be determined, your heart is scattered, why is your heart scattered? What is the method to keep the mind from falling apart?

This kind of saying is inferior to the Dharma, and it is a word invented by some so-called smart people, who actually don't understand the Dharma. Buddhism does not have the concept of "true practice." Buddhism has the saying of "correct practice". Not falling into evil views is "correct cultivation."

The Sixth Patriarch, the first ancestor of Chinese Zen Buddhism, taught: There is no truth in everything, and it is not appropriate to see the truth, and if it is seen in the truth, it is not true at all.

The Buddha taught: All the mountains and rivers in the world are reversed.

Learning the 37 qualities, staying away from greed and hatred, and persisting in the Tao is the right practice.

True cultivation is not just to discuss or understand theoretically, but to truly practice according to the teachings of the Buddha.

For example, the law of cause and effect cannot be discussed as true or false. Only practice, learn from Lei Feng for three years and five years, see if your own heart will change, whether your own surroundings and others' attitudes towards you are very different? Or try to release yourself for three or five years to see if your fate changes?

This is true learning and true cultivation.

Another example is chanting Buddha, or participating in meditation, or chanting sutras and holding mantras, and really doing it for three and five years as required, to see if it is effective? This is true cultivation.

The Dharma of Tibetan Buddhism requires you to go to the Guru and ask for it, and then he will recite some rituals for you, and only with the inheritance of this Dharma can you get the blessings and protection of the successive generations of teachers, so that you can have enlightenment, and of course some of the Dharma can also be passed down and e-calligraphy books online. For example, the "Vajrasattva Wishful Jewel" of the Five Ming Buddhist Academy does not need to be inherited, and you can practice it directly when you get the Dharma book, but this is all done by the lama on purpose, in order to spread this Dharma as soon as possible, and many of the Dharma need to be passed on in person. It's easy to go wrong by messing around with your own.

It depends on fate. Not every achiever is a rainbow body. It's not just the rainbow body that is the achiever. Tantric practice is about the stages. When fate arrives, you don't ask, you will know how to repair.
