A good heart is like a white cloud is always at ease, meaning that flowing water is anything, clouds and water are flowing things, not long, when the clouds will eventually disperse, when the water will eventually dry, dare to ask the emperor, when the clouds are scattered and the water is dry, can there be a way? ”

It is precisely to let the water wither and the clouds disperse, the water withered pearls appear, and the clouds scatter and the moon is in the sky, which is eternal! ”

It's like when we encounter a major setback, when we fall out of love, when our relatives and friends pass away, we will almost reach the level of "seeing the mountains and mountains colorless, seeing the water and water ruthlessly", no matter how beautiful the scenery will be eclipsed in the face of the depressed mood. On the contrary, when we are proud of the spring breeze, even if it is the winter when everything is sleeping, there are scenery everywhere in our eyes, and everywhere is full of vitality.

Being able to truly understand and comprehend the true connotation of "things change with the heart, the environment is created by the heart, and the troubles are all from the heart", even if we cannot perfectly control our emotions and reason, we can also grasp the initiative to a large extent and not let emotions affect the mood.

Do not let the chaotic world always wear out our inner fighting spirit and enthusiasm, with a positive and optimistic attitude, a high will to face life and the future. It is an inner maturity that brings out the charm of personality.

The Buddha said: Things change with the heart, the environment is created by the heart, and the troubles are all born from the heart, from the Heart Sutra.
