I also started a business a few years ago, when I partnered with a friend to open a cosmetics store, the two of them planned very well, the capital arrangement was clear, and set aside 20,000 yuan to turnover, but really put all the things in the store to find that there was no money left, opened a few months of business in general, the landlord is ready to urge the payment of rent every month, and the water and electricity bills are also an expense here, and the store can only be closed for less than a year, and finally there is a little debt.

Third, the strength is weak, and there is no connection

So rent, water, electricity, and labor are another big expense. I have a friend who just opened a bubble tea shop, but he didn't open it here because the rent was too expensive in the city center. It was opened in a relatively remote place, and the children in the community were served, coming and going, but those few people didn't make any money at all, and they still posted it upside down.

In fact, many industries have been quietly monopolized by giants, and there is no opportunity and survival space for small and medium-sized enterprises to develop. Originally, there was no profit, and it was impossible to make any profit after pressing, and after a wave of price reduction, a large number of shops were closed.

5.Connections

Entrepreneurial connections are an indispensable resource, and it is almost impossible to start a successful business on your own. But how can it be so easy to make connections, most ordinary people have no way to know any connections, which leads to confusion when they open a store, and they can't afford to pay if they are not on the right track.

These are just some of the reasons, but there are many more. In short, now in the general environment, it is becoming more and more difficult to start a business, and there must be an accumulation of capital to start a business, otherwise it will be even more difficult.
