This view is very one-sided.
If you hold this viewpoint, you will not be able to really continue and deepen your practice.
Cultivation is often about facing and solving tribulations, especially when cultivating the mind.
In the process of cultivating the mind, we first need to correct the mind of selfishness and harm to others, which is a fatal thing for many people.
Second, we need to give up the five pleasures of the world and give rise to renunciation from samsara. For most people, spiritual practice is a hobby or enjoyment, and it is not substantially different from the pursuit of those who follow dramas. It is even more difficult for them to give up the five desires and get out of reincarnation than to ascend to heaven.
To go one step further, it is necessary to transform the inferior mind of seeking self-liberation into a great mind for the benefit of all beings to become Buddhas. Bodhichitta is easy to talk about, and many people equate good intentions with bodhichitta and these are all missteps to avoid. When practicing equality and exchange between self and others, the inner conflict is very strong, and this is an experience that people who have not really practiced deeply will not know at all.
I know hundreds of Han practitioners, but no one has ever talked about the conflict between selfishness and altruism that arises when practicing bodhichitta practice, and basically they all praise the greatness of bodhichitta and what they have gained. At the end of the day, there is not even the true taste of Mahayana.
Therefore, if we think that the practice of cultivating the mind is a kind of enjoyment, it can be said that the practice is only in the aspect of pleasure and has not yet produced a real practical experience.
-
Cultivating one's mind can make oneself grow better and make oneself more perfect.
-
Yes, this kind of mindset should be used in practice.
-
Amitabha! Not necessarily, not really.
Cultivation requires abandoning a lot, the desire for power, fame and profit. Even a lot of due rights and interests have to be put down.
It is not easy to see through and let go, but it depends on the strength and concentration of cultivation, and bittersweet and bittersweet is practice.
Everything must be attained supremely and waiting for enlightenment in order to be happy and suffering-free!

Mind cultivation: It is to correct one's mind, to recognize the mistakes one has made in the past by examining one's past behavior, to analyze the causes, and to completely change one's original wrong thinking, so that oneself will not make similar mistakes in the future. Change the weaknesses of your original personality, be not angry or irritable, feel at ease and serene, and be able to think calmly and make the right decisions at any time.
When people's minds change, the things that come with them will be right, so we must cultivate our minds. Correcting a certain thing that you have done wrong can only be regarded as cultivation, that is, correcting a certain behavior of yourself, which is a low level, and only by cultivating your mind and changing your understanding can you change all your behavior.
The highest level of mind cultivation is:Corrected his past character defects, always keep gentle, not angry or impatient, treat things calmly at any time, see through the essence of things at a glance, know the past of things, know how things will develop in the future, know what to do now, what to say, how to change it, let it develop in the right direction, put yourself in the right position
The heart is unattainable in the past, the heart is unattainable now, and the heart is unattainable in the future.
Even if there is no intention to attain it, there is no highest and lowest realm.
This is what the people who have come to tell the people who have come to pass.
People who have come over still have to return to the ordinary, go with the flow, and save people.
Cut with the edge. The fate is successful, and it is useless to ask for it.
There must be tranquility in every major event. I think""Tranquility" should be the highest state of mind cultivation!
-
If the heart does not move, everything is calm.
Everything is a projection of man's heart, and everything is in man's heart. A person is strong enough inside to be able to deal with whatever happens in the outside world. When a person's mind changes, his virtue changes; When virtue changes, the aura changes; When the aura changes, the feng shui changes; When Feng Shui changes, luck changes; When luck changes, fate changes.
It can be seen that your destiny lies in your heart.
A human heart is only the size of a fist, but it can be higher than the sky and deeper than the sea, as long as your heart is tolerant and open-minded enough. People live a heart, and we spend our whole life in order to repair this heart and let ourselves live happily.
Inner intuition, inspiration, and conviction.
In this first stage of the manifestation of knowledge, there is a deeper conviction of spiritual reality that cannot be attained by secular people through normal understanding. However, even this conviction is not unshakable. It confers only a slight and shaky degree of divine knowledge.
Practitioners are just beginning their spiritual journey, and there are many trials they have to face. In the first stage, the seeker gradually breaks away from the entanglement with the realm of material action and rises to the realm of energy.
-
There are many different ways to practice, but at the end of the day, practice is actually the cultivation of the mind.
Human nature is greedy for pleasure and has desires that can never be satisfied. Most people are led by the nose by desire like this, drowsy, and difficult to get rid of their fate. If a person has no restraint, does what he wants, and keeps falling downward, he will continue to consume his "potential energy", and when he has nothing to fall, he will go to the end of the road.
Human beings are always full of all kinds of selfish desires, and "cultivation" is to overcome these selfish desires. It began by "suppressing" something external"It gradually becomes a habit, then it becomes an instinct, and finally it becomes your "habit".
In Buddhism, there are many precepts. One of them is "don't drink alcohol and don't eat meat." In addition to the factor of "not killing", it is actually to avoid pursuing too much "appetite".
The purpose of this is also to dispel everyone's discriminating feelings, and not to distinguish between this one and that one.
Therefore, the key to cultivation is to cultivate the mind.
Another example is charity. Buddhism encourages people to give alms, not for the sake of giving, but through continuous giving, and cut off people's desire for money, if giving, just to get, it is like depositing money in the bank, saving 100 yuan today, just to get 1000 yuan in the future, then almsgiving loses its most fundamental meaning--- of course, it still has its meaning. If the sacrifice is for gain, the sacrifice itself is merit, not virtue.
Only when giving alms, without any obstacle to money in the heart, is merit. It is said that there is no obstacle, but there is still an obstacle; I advise myself not to be an obstacle in my heart, and this is also an obstacle in itself. If you have 10,000 yuan, you will give out 1 yuan, and there will be no obstacles, and if you give 1,000 yuan, you will have reluctance in your heart, which means that you still have obstacles.
Actually, it's not just the above. For example, most of us have a kind of resentment, and when others are offended, they get angry. They all have a kind of jealousy, and they can't see that others are better than themselves; I like to talk nonsense behind my back, fall into the well, and base my happiness on the pain of others. Basically, everyone has these problems, but the degree is different.
Cultivation is to gradually cut off these "tumors" from one's body through various methods, so that one can become a pure person and a person who is free from low-level interests.
-
Everyone knows that the state of mind determines the situation, and the situation determines the status. Therefore, mind cultivation is the initial starting point for us to break through our fixed position.
And how should we do it? How easy is it to get started? A lot of people are confused? [Accept yourself, accept others, accept the world].
This is the first priority, accept the good self, but also accept the imperfect self. Accept others who are kind as well as others who are malicious.
Accept the world that is going well, but also accept the world of adversity. Only when it is accepted can there be enough capacity, and there is a large capacity.
The big one is the mind, the pattern and the vision. The heart is wide and the eyes are bright, and the vision is broad, and it will be far-reaching and reasonable in the prediction and layout.
Control your breath, control your emotions, control your rhythm, control the big picture] Our emotions, emotions, and minds will fluctuate due to breathing. So once we don't breathe steadily, it will affect the foundation of our potential.
Here's a mantra for you, I'm very good at using it. [One exhale, one breath, one Qiankun] [one bright, one obscure, one world].
The world is divided into yin and yang, and people also have the essence of light and darkness, and accept yin and yang to accept the world. Knowing that the rapid changes are only between the breathing, we will be less impetuous, so difficult to settle.
Controlling the rhythm and controlling the overall situation means not being lazy, procrastinating, or aggressive when doing things. Plan before you act. At the same time, don't let others lead the rhythm.
There is a fixed opinion in the heart, and there is a good fortune in the belly. The practice covers the cultivation of the mouth, the cultivation of virtue and the cultivation of cause and effect. If the mouth is good at speaking, it will speak for righteousness, and if the mouth is clumsy, the tongue will listen more and speak less. Export planting, family prosperity. Export killing, no country and no home.
Cultivating virtue is to view gains and losses, to be good at giving, and to be able to make trade-offs. Saving the emergency is not helping the poor, benefiting the gentleman and the thief is to be ambitious and virtuous. When you take, you take, when you give up, you give up. Cultivating cause and effect is to form more good karma, and if you plant good causes, the fruits will be abundant. Avoid evil causes and stay away from evil causes, and the misery will be small.
Only when the energy is pure and the good karma is abundant, can life be fulfilled and practice can be diligent. Many people say that connections are financial connections, and when you encounter a trough, you will know that several of them are financial connections. A few are burdens.
The more you plant, the more you reap, the more you reap, and the good care will bear fruit. Planting is the foundation, and taking care of it is a must. I wish you all to cultivate your mind and practice, and cultivate a good life and a good future.

Now all kinds of short**, all kinds of chicken soup texts, tell us about cultivation, tell us about ascension, and tell us how to change our lives. I don't know if it moisturizes the soul or makes the eyes drier after reading it.
The improvement of knowledge is to hear and hear, and staring at the hole is cultivating the mind, opening the knot in the heart to the wild hall. And practice is really doing things. For example, meditating, for example, doing good deeds, this is correcting behavior, that is, practice.
Mind cultivation and cultivation are inner and outer changes, and the two of them cannot be separated, just like walking on two legs. It's just that the cultivation of the mind is empty, and it does not fall to the ground, and people float on the clouds. What do you think, maybe life is not good in reality.
I used to be like this. You can see it in the articles I wrote. The article I wrote earlier has no color of life at all.
Just practicing without the right insight is like not having a clear goal.
Mind cultivation is to clean up all the garbage in the heart and reclaim the field of the heart. Cultivation is planting a seed, but this seed is planted in someone else's heart. Why?
Because the earth is round, what you give will always come to you. And our hearts are also the seeds of others. And if you only care about yourself and only plant your own one-third of an acre, in the end you will live smaller and smaller.
If you go against it, you will become an immortal. The real masters are all the opposite. In fact, these are all laws, and they can't be seen again, and some people know that this knowledge is just listening to the left ear and the right ear, and it can't reach the point of cultivating the mind at all, so it's useless. There is no way to put it into action.
Those who have no Tao have the original heart, those who have the Tao are sincere, those who are enlightened are pure, those who give the Tao are mortal hearts, those who cultivate the Tao seek their hearts, and those who seek the Tao are sincere. >>>More
Let your love return to its original nature, improve your state of mind, open your heart, let our love shine like the sun, regardless of pay, regardless of gains and losses, and always shine on everything without desire. That kind of love is so clear and pure, without a trace of worry, entanglement, trouble, pain, only simple, direct, pure.
Fasting is also practice, but practice is not just fasting. The most important thing in practice is to cultivate the mind. We must first obey the laws of the world. >>>More
