The Miracle of Mindfulness Reading Notes D2
Be aware of this moment, go straight into mindfulness, and settle in it.
Original: When walking, the practitioner should be aware that he is walking; When sitting, the practitioner should be aware that he is sitting; When lying down, the practitioner should be aware that he is lying down ......Regardless of the posture of the body, the practitioner should be aware of it. By practicing in this way, the practitioner can contemplate the inner body, go straight to mindfulness, and settle down in ......”
However, it's not enough to be mindful of your body posture. We should be aware of every breath, every movement, every thought and feeling, and be aware of everything that is relevant to us.
i: Restate the information in your own words.
I think of an old saying, sitting has a sitting statue, standing has a standing statue, and when you encounter something, return to yourself, your own mind, your own position, and let your body and mind settle down, these perceptions include (breathing, moving, thinking, feeling).
A1: Describe your experience.
This book is what I need, from reading the original book of the pen Lu Ji, there is also a real vision, always in a busy to dazed state, the dismantling of the book here makes the heart settle down, and also borrows the expression of words to become a different self.
A2: My App (Goal + Action).
Goal: people, things, in front of you, stay focused, return to your heart.
Action: Read quietly when you are reading now, and rest early when you should rest.

Meditation is training to stay in mindfulness.
When we practice taking refuge in the mind, we try to increase the positive energy in the continuum of the mind and reduce the negative habits of the flow, which is meditation.
We start to practice refuge and mindfulness in our minds, and our minds become more and more proficient in them, and your mind becomes that kind of body. Then, you don't have to think about it, and mindfulness will naturally arise in our minds.
We practice mindfulness over and over again, and when we are able to gradually get rid of the bad thoughts, that will lead to enlightenment.
It is unrealistic for us to attain enlightenment quickly, we have been accustomed to evil thoughts for a long time. So, first of all we have to get rid of them, and at the same time we get rid of them, and at the same time we get real enlightenment.
A good example of this is the great Asanga, who spent twelve years in retreat and never received any signs.
He finally left the cave, and when he came out of the cave, he saw a dog with an open wound in his belly, crawling with maggots, and the dog was wailing in great pain.
Asanga had great compassion for the dog, and he thought, "If he leaves the dog there, the dog may die, but if he removes the maggots, the maggots will also die." So he cut off some of his own flesh for the maggots to live on.
He also found that if he used his fingers to move maggots, he would kill them. ”
So, out of great compassion, he decided to move them with his tongue, he closed his eyes and stuck his tongue out of the dog, but he didn't touch the dog.
When he opened his eyes, he saw Maitreya Buddha in front of him, before he appeared in the form of a dog. Asanga, "I spent twelve years meditating on you, but I couldn't see you. Why haven't you given me a sign for 12 years? ”
Maitreya Buddha replied, "I have been with you for twelve years, but you can't see me, and that's because you've been blinded by karma." But because you have great compassion, it removes all your barriers so that you can see Me. ”
Therefore, in order to attain enlightenment, we must get rid of negative karma.
In order to achieve Buddhahood as soon as possible, I am a steady meditation practitioner: Nan Wu Guanyin Bodhisattva ......
In this way, the practice of meditation will definitely gather resources and eliminate negative karma.
The best time to meditate when facing suffering is if you can keep the present moment suffering and not, as you say, the anxiety of the present moment. There will be pain, and there may be sorrow and suffering. >>>More

Walking step by step, speech is also step by step, and any action should be step by step. It's not chaotic, it's not a hammer in the east and a hammer in the west, but it's about being physically and mentally together. >>>More

Advantage. 1. Meditation purifies the mind.
In meditation, our mind and body are completely relaxed, and our mind tends to focus on a thought or feeling in the moment, allowing the scattered, wild horse-like mind to take back. When we have delusions and delusions, once we support a righteous thought in meditation, such as "who is chanting the Buddha" and "how is the patriarch from the West", we can turn the delusion into the current thought, gradually extinguish the delusion in our heart, and thus gain inner purity and stability. >>>More
