In particular, there is a "hum" in front of the simple offering, and through the power of these spells, the offerings can be purified. If there is an obstacle in your heart, don't do it, you can do it without an obstacle.

What is "merit"? The true merit is a pure mind. The Buddha often said:
The most important thing in practice is to purify the mind, to stay away from all delusions, separations, and attachments, and merit will appear. If you can't take the vows, then the vows are good fortune, and good merit is not merit.
If you still have delusions, separations, and attachments to the vows, and if you see one person breaking the vows and that person breaking the vows, you will destroy your merits. How to keep the vows to have "merit"? It is what Master Huineng said, "If you are a true cultivator, you will not see the world", so you can keep the precepts in this way, otherwise the precepts are all merit, not merit.
Merit can lead to life and death, and to go out of the Three Realms, but merit cannot. Therefore, merit and merit must be clearly distinguished, and there must be no mistakes. And again:
A thought of anger arises, and a million obstacles open", and as the saying goes: "Fire burns the merit forest". "Fire" is a tantrum; When something unsatisfactory happens, as soon as you are unhappy and lose your temper, the merit is over.
Therefore, it is not easy to accumulate merits, and if you lose your temper at the end of your life, all the merits you have cultivated in this lifetime will be finished.
You have to know how much merit you have accumulated, and you have to think about when you have never lost your temper. You see, anger loses your merits, and so does greed and love. In other words, the seven emotions and five desires are joy, anger, sorrow, love, and evil desires, and these seven things destroy your merits.
From this, it can be seen that merit is not easy to cultivate, merit is easy to cultivate, and merit will not be lost; Merit is not easy to cultivate, but it is easy to lose.
