Temper the body, eat once a day, clean and natural life;
Do not participate in or interfere in worldly affairs, communicate and complete;
Do not learn spellsRefining immortal medicine, befriending the powerful, disliking the poor and loving the rich, should not be done;
You should straighten your mind and seek liberation, and you should not hide your flaws and deceive people by showing your disappearance.
For the four offerings (food, clothing, bedding, decoction) know and be content, and receive offerings according to circumstances, and should not save and accumulate.
In this way, it is a brief statement of the precepts.
The vows are the root of true liberation, so they are called the Parati Wooden Fork.
