The amount of subsidies for private enterprise personnel to travel abroad is not stipulated by the state for the time being. As for the subsidy, it depends on the income status of the unit and the implementation of relevant internal regulations.

The basic standard of business trip subsidy for private enterprises is the internal control behavior of the enterprise, which belongs to the autonomy of the enterprise, and the state has no clear provisions on this.

However, during the business trip, you must choose to pay the basic salary in accordance with the national regulations, and you are there to provide relevant subsidies, such as: accommodation standards, city transportation standards, food subsidies and other related expenses to protect your basic expenses there. If the other party covers food and accommodation, the company also needs to provide some necessary expenses, such as transportation expenses in the city, some companies are reimbursed, and some are calculated according to the number of days, such as a fixed amount per day.

As for the subsidy, if the company does not stipulate it, there will be no subsidy, and the specific regulations of the company should be handled.

According to Article 8 of the Measures for the Management of Expenses for Temporary Trips Abroad for Official Purposes.

Expenses for temporary travel abroad for official purposes include: international travel expenses, transportation expenses between foreign cities, accommodation expenses, food expenses, miscellaneous expenses and other expenses.

International travel expenses refer to the travel expenses from the port of exit to the port of entry.

Inter-city transportation expenses refer to the transportation expenses between cities in the countries visited that must be incurred in order to complete work tasks.

Accommodation expenses refer to the accommodation expenses incurred by those who go abroad abroad.

Food expenses refer to the daily food expenses of those who go abroad during their time abroad.

Public and miscellaneous expenses refer to the expenses of city transportation, post and telecommunications, office supplies, necessary tips, etc.

Other expenses are mainly the cost of visas for the country of reference, the cost of necessary insurance, the cost of epidemic prevention, the cost of registration for international conferences, etc.

If it is a temporary delegation sent by a party, government, or military organ, democratic party, people's organization, or public institution to go abroad for official purposes, the "Standards and Administrative Measures for the Expenses and Expenses of Personnel Temporarily Going Abroad" (Cai Xing [2001] No. 73) shall apply, and shall be implemented with reference to the regulations.

For business trips abroad, the cost is mainly three pieces:

First, the cost of meals. 2. Accommodation fee.

3. Short-distance transportation expenses.

Meals, 20 euros per meal in the EU. (Medium level).

Accommodation, EU 60 euros per night. (low to medium level).

For short-distance transportation expenses, you must take invoices or documents to be reimbursed.

So if it's just a simple meal and accommodation fee: the daily allowance should be: 110 euros. is reasonable. It is also the most economical.
