Article 8 Before the installation of atmospheric hot water boiler, the installation license and relevant personnel work permit, boiler room plan, boiler product quality certificate certificate and information shall be submitted to the safety supervision agency of the quality and technical supervision bureau where the boiler is located to go through the declaration procedures, and the local boiler and pressure vessel inspection institute shall supervise and inspect the installation work.

Atmospheric hot water boilers are not allowed to be installed and used as steam boilers or pressure hot water boilers to ensure that atmospheric hot water boilers are not pressured, and after the installation is completed, the installation supervision department of the county-level Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau shall carry out pressure-free confirmation and acceptance.

Article 9 The user of the atmospheric hot water boiler shall hold the relevant information of manufacturing and installation to the safety supervision agency of the county-level quality and technical supervision bureau in the local area for registration, and issue the "atmospheric boiler use certificate", and shall not be allowed to be put into use without registration. The operating atmospheric hot water boiler is inspected regularly, and internal and external inspections are carried out every two years. The inspection work is carried out by the local boiler and pressure vessel inspection institute.

Article 10 The user of atmospheric hot water boiler must establish and improve the rules and regulations of the boiler room, and designate the full-time (part-time) person in charge of the boiler room for management.

Article 11 The operators of atmospheric hot water boilers must be trained and certified by the municipal quality and technical supervision administrative department, and shall not be allowed to work without a license.

Article 12 After the atmospheric hot water boiler is put into use, the user shall not change the boiler structure, valves and pipeline system without authorization. Where it is necessary to change the structure, valves and pipeline system, it is necessary to file with the safety supervision organization of the local county-level quality and technical supervision bureau, and the unit with manufacturing or installation qualifications shall carry out the transformation.
