Hoisting, Concept:

1.Hoisting refers to the installation and positioning of equipment by cranes or hoisting mechanisms.

2.Hoisting is a special word for equipment in place.

The most important thing to abide by during hoisting operations is the safety rules, that is to say, the safety of the staff must be ensured, because once the hoisting tools fall, it will cause great personal injury.

(1) The road at the hoisting site must be smooth and solid, and the backfill and soft soil layer must be treated. If the soil is soft, the road should be paved separately. The crane shall not be parked on the slope to work, nor shall the two sides of the crane be one high and one low.

2) It is strictly forbidden to overload and hoist.

3) It is forbidden to hang obliquely. Diagonal crane will cause overload and wire rope out of the groove, and even cause rope breakage and rollover accidents. Diagonal hoisting also causes heavy objects to swing quickly after they are lifted off the ground, potentially injuring people or other objects.

4) The sling of the binding component shall be calculated, and all lifting tools shall be inspected regularly to identify the damage, and the binding method shall be correct and firm to prevent the sling from breaking or slipping from the component during hoisting, so that the crane is weightless and overturned.

5) Do not lift major components and equipment with unknown weight.

6) It is forbidden to carry out hoisting operations in the case of level 6 wind.

7) Commanders should use unified command signals, and the signals should be clear and accurate. The crane driver should follow the command.

Precautions for hoisting operations:

1. The hoisting operation application form must be filled in before the operation.

2. Set up warning maintenance in the hoisting area and equip a guardian.

3. All lifting staff should be certified to work.

4. Check whether the spreader is in good condition and do not allow overload operation.

5. At least two guide ropes should be used for each hoisting.

6. It is strictly forbidden for personnel to stand under the hanging object.

7. The ground should be flat, and the four legs of the crane should be balanced by force.

8. The lifting load shall not exceed the rated load of the crane and rigging.

9. When the rope comes into contact with the sharp edge of the lifting object, it must be protected with a suitable pad.
