In the breathing method, the mind focuses on the breath, and goes up and down with the breath, so that one thought replaces ten thousand thoughts.
Mind to abide by the law, seem to abide by the law, gently mind, do not forget to help, or let go when exhaling, or let go when inhaling.
-
Find a quiet place to meditate, relax, pay attention to your breath, meditate on your heart, meditate on your mind, and let your body and mind become one.
-
If you are in meditation, you can try the breathing method, the mind abiding method, the somasy method, the mantra method, etc., to adjust it, and you can quickly enter a state of quiet relaxation.
-
There are breathing methods, mind-abiding methods, somatosensory methods, and mantra methods. Let's talk about breathing:
It is also known as the method of interest. That is, the mind is concentrated on the breath, and the breath goes up and down, so as to achieve the method of replacing ten thousand thoughts with one thought. For beginners, breathing into meditation is a convenient method.
Breathing in and out can be done by only inhaling and exhaling without intentionally coming out, or by exhaling without paying attention to inhaling, or by going up and down with the breath. In the case that the meridians of the whole body have been unblocked, you can focus on the **, use the pores of ** to inhale the pure spiritual qi between the heavens and the earth and the universe, exhale the sick qi and turbidity of the whole body, use this idea to breathe for a period of time, and then relax, don't think about anything, breathe naturally, keep the mind blank and the body relaxed and comfortable, once the distracting thoughts come up, and then use the ** breathing method to expel the distracting thoughts, so that one thought can replace ten thousand thoughts, and you can gradually enter the deep level of meditation.

Lao Tzu said that the law is natural, and if you find a way, it will be unnatural.
What Lao Tzu said about inaction is to abandon anything you have learned, and you have to increase your methods and skills? This is not for the sake of the Tao, this is for the sake of learning, how can you enter meditation if you go against the grain?
How do you clear a glass of muddy water?
Leaving it alone will naturally clarify.
The same is true of your heart.
Your distracting thoughts are like mud and sand in the water, if you don't care about it, it will naturally sink, the water will naturally become clear, and your heart will naturally become pure.
Do you still have the distractions you have when you wake up in the morning?
Can you still remember the thought of waking up in the morning?
I can't sell the stove if I want to be sleepy!
You see, you can't keep your distracting thoughts if you want to, but why can't you keep your distracting thoughts?
Can you take a closer look at how long you can keep a lot of distracting thoughts in your mind?
In the blink of an eye, it was gone, not even for a second.
This is a basic law of our hearts and our thoughts, constantly being born and dying, never stopping, why should you care?
Let me ask you another question, how do you know that you are sometimes quiet and sometimes distracted?
How do you know?
It is your true heart that knows that there are many distractions, and your heart has never moved.
This is enlightenment, and when you understand it, you will understand it, and then you will really be in silence.
If you don't understand it, you want to use a big distracting delusion to suppress a small distracting delusion, and your mind that wants to be quiet is a big distraction, and your cranky thoughts are small distractions, but it is just a thief shouting to catch a thief.
Zhuangzi said that our distracting thoughts do not need to be extinguished to suppress it, because it will disappear by itself, and those who know that they are thinking are not thinking is not thinking about it, this is the true face of the mind.

When meditating, you should concentrate your mind on the lower abdomen (that is, about one inch and three minutes below the umbilicus, called "Xia Dantian"). It is extremely difficult for beginners to start with this kind of work. People's delusions are extinguished together, and there is no second to stop, so it is said
The heart ape is the horse", which is the least easy to subdue. The final work of meditation is to be able to subdue these delusions, and once the delusions are eliminated, a state of mindlessness can appear. So how do you start?
When you are meditating, you should put down everything, concentrate all your energy on your lower abdomen, and if your delusions arise again, you should let go of them again, and so on and over time, your delusions will naturally gradually decrease. In order to reach the state of thoughtlessness. This is the best method.
If a beginner feels that the foundation of this concentration is not enough, he can close his eyes lightly until a glimmer of light is revealed, and his eyes and nose are accurate, which is called "eyes like a curtain". Breathe quietly and naturally through the nose, so that you don't hear or notice, and the mouth must be closed naturally, and when you have a lot of mouth, you can slowly swallow it in small mouths. The most important thing is to keep the dantian under the will of nature, and its method is the same as above, so you can get a lot of help.
There is also a method of gently closing the eyes and using the method of "counting breaths", one breath and one breath is called "one breath", counting from one to ten, and repeating the cycle, so that the mind is naturally concentrated, which is called "heart and breath dependence". The other postures are the same as mentioned above, but the most important point is still to "keep the lower dan". This method is also very helpful.
At the same time, there is also the most important sentence, which is to ask the reader to remember this method: because these methods are the most appropriate and safe methods, there can be no drawbacks, but the reader chooses which method is most comfortable in the field practice, which method is the most suitable for him.
People who are new to meditation often say, "When I didn't learn to meditate, I had fewer delusions, but when I sat down, I had a lot of delusions. "That's a misconception.
You must know that people can have delusions at any time, but they are usually distracted by contact with the outside environment, so they don't feel too much; After practicing meditation, the mind is concentrated inward, and only then does I feel that delusions suddenly rise and disappear, and it is unpredictable, which is a kind of preliminary self-realization. You can start from here, look back at your own mind, how delusions arise, and practice for a long time. It will naturally decrease gradually, so there is no need to be afraid of it.
For beginners, there are two situations: one is scattered, and there is no way to settle down emotionally; One is drowsiness, and you have to doze off all the time. Probably beginners are easy to scatter and unable to converge at first, but after practicing for a longer time, their delusions are reduced, and they are easy to become drowsy.
This is a common problem among those who study meditation, and it should not be surprising. To cure the problem of scatteredness, we should completely let go of all thoughts, empty and empty, nothing, and pay attention to the middle of the lower abdomen, which can naturally stabilize slowly. To cure the problem of lethargy, you should bring up your thoughts, focus on the tip of your nose, and lift your spirits.
Generally speaking, people are prone to drowsiness when they sit at night because of their fatigue during the day; Get up in the morning and sit down, because you have enough sleep at night, and you will not be drowsy.

The predecessor said: "The dust goes to the mirror and shows itself"; It is also said that "the six roots of tranquility are the way". Gradually restrain and stop the six roots (Five sensesand consciousness) delusion, then the original god will naturally be revealed, which is the fundamental principle of meditation.
The seven realms of stillness are as follows:
1. Quietness is to discharge all distractions and contradictions, and calm down the mood. 2. Calmness is to calm down the breath and put oneself in a very calm state.
3. Tranquility, if you want to be happy at this time, you feel very relaxed and natural, and gradually enter a very peaceful state.
Fourth, be still, if complex thoughts arise at this time, you must quickly retract them, and the voice you hear should also keep him in your mind and not easily abandon him.
Fifth, there is a vague and vague state at this time, as if nothing around exists, are you sitting? Is it a station? I don't know. I don't even know where my body is, as if my body is empty and doesn't exist.
Sixth, true quiet, at this time really entered the state of stillness. In the stage of true stillness, it feels like everything around you is "empty" and "empty", but this feeling is real. That's when you really experience what the Dharma says about the "four emptiness."
7. Lingjing, at this time, it seems that I have arrived in another world, and everything seems to exist no more. However, the signal is very sensitive to the surrounding environment and the response is extremely sensitive.
