When there is no liquid discharged from the outlet or only a small amount of liquid, it proves that the filter residue in the filtration chamber has been completely filled to form a filter cake.
If the cake needs to be washed or air-dried, it can be done later, and if it is not washed or air-dried, it can be unloaded. When the feed valve is opened, the material enters each filter chamber from the inlet of the thrust plate. The solid particles are extruded in each filter chamber to form a filter cake automatically.
The liquid is discharged through a liquid channel composed of each filter plate. Three. After the cake of the washing or air-drying filter press is full, the feed pump and feed valve are closed early.
Start the washing pump or air compressor, slowly open the washing liquid or inlet air valve, and wash or air dry the filter cake.
