The Huawei Honor 9 cannot use screen off stories

Cause: If the screen-off story feature is not turned on, the phone will not be able to turn off the screen.

Please make sure that there are other apps running in the background of your phone (such as listening to the radio, **, calling**, or running other voice-related third-party apps), and if so, you can close other apps in the background and try again.
