2. Check the spark plug to see if the model is correct and whether the electrode gap is in between. 3. Measure the compression ratio, if there is no cylinder pressure gauge, cover the spark plug hole with a thin piece of paper, if the paper piece is sucked more violently when the width of the Qihe section is moving, even if it is okay. If you pay attention to it, you can make a homemade air valve and install it on the spark plug hole, and use the pump to check the leakage of burning and envy.

4. Oil circuit inspection. It is better to remove the fuel tank and use a container to force the oil to be fed, because there is a possibility that the negative pressure tank switch will fail. In addition, look at the interface glue between the carburetor and the engine for air leakage.

The engine wet-impregnated oil timing belt assembled by the vehicle within the scope of this recall is chemically attacked by the vehicle's imitation oil, additives, cleaning agents, etc., and the material performance is degraded, resulting in damage and falling off of the fabric on the surface of the timing belt, which will block the lubricating oil circuit filter device, causing the oil pressure to decrease and the engine failure light to turn on. If you continue to drive the jujube, it will lead to the wear of the moving parts inside the engine, and there are potential safety hazards. DPCA will replace the optimized belt for the vehicles within the scope of the recall free of charge, and clean the engine and replace relevant parts for the vehicles whose lubricating oil circuit filtration device has been blocked, so as to eliminate potential safety hazards.

The details are as follows: 1) Dongfeng Peugeot 2008 vehicles with partially assembled engines produced between December 9, 2015 and May 24, 2017, a total of 1,600 units;

2) 12,066 Dongfeng Peugeot 308S vehicles with partially assembled engines produced between August 22, 2014 and May 8, 2017;

3) 2,946 Dongfeng Peugeot New 308 vehicles with partially assembled engines produced between May 23, 2016 and May 26, 2017;

1. According to the mark on the crankshaft timing pulley, the crankshaft is generally required to have the position of the upper dead center of the piston of the 1 cylinder;

2. The mark on the camshaft timing pulley is aligned with the camshaft, and the double camshaft is aligned with the position of the two camshafts;

3. Install the timing belt chain.

Only the camshaft gear of the engine timing gear is marked, and the rest of the gears are not marked. First, turn the engine so that the cylinder reaches the top dead center. Then assemble other gears except camshaft gears, and see that there is a mark on the machine body, so that the mark of the camshaft gear coincides with this mark.

After that, turn the engine to make it about 22 degrees before the top dead center, adjust the fuel injection pump to make it in a state of just out of the oil in a cylinder, and tighten the screws.

The engine does not catch fire and is one of the most common faults in cars. There are two situations when the ignition is not ignited: one is that the starter can be heard, but the engine cannot start. The other is that after twisting the key, there is no sound.

The first case is when the starter works, but the engine does not. This is complicated by the fact that it can be caused by one of several failures. It is rare for two or more failures to occur at the same time, but it cannot be said absolutely.

3) Finally, it can also be a mechanical failure. Common mechanical failures are: time band (chain) breakage, cylinder leakage without pressure, etc.

The second scenario is when even the starter does not work or works barely. At this time, the first thing that needs to be checked is the battery or battery. There are many ways to check, but it's best if you have a voltmeter on hand.

Connect the positive and negative poles of the battery, and then twist the key to ignite. If the voltage indication drops below 8 volts at the moment of power on, there must be something wrong with your battery. It doesn't hurt to have a voltmeter, you can replace it with a small 12-volt bulb and a small section of power cord.

The same is true for the method, if the bulb suddenly becomes significantly darker, it is also an indication of battery aging.

In many cases, the battery has failed, but the headlights can still be lit. This is not surprising. Only at the moment of ignition can the performance of the battery be truly tested.

Because this is when it has the most load. Another simple way is to look at the outer wall of the battery with the naked eye, and if you find that it has expanded and deformed, it means that a new battery is absolutely needed.

In addition to the battery, the reason why the starter does not work can be a damaged ignition switch, a damaged ignition relay, or a damaged starter itself. Also, check the ground line and fuse.
