Use your imagination to develop your potential.
Things that were once thought impossible in our minds, if we imagine ourselves acting in a certain way, are actually doing more or less the same thing. Mental practices can help us perfect our behavior.
Psychologist r?a?Van Dell's artificially controlled experiment proved that having a person sit in front of a target every day and imagine him throwing a dart at a target can improve accuracy almost as much as actual dart practice over time.
In addition, psychological experiments have proved that mental practice is effective in improving shooting skills
The first group of students practiced their actual shooting every day for 20 days, recording their results on the first and last days.
The second group of students also recorded their results on the first and last days, but did not do any field practice during this period.
The third group of students recorded their results on the first day and then spent 20 minutes each day on imaginative shots. If they miss a shot, they correct it in the imagination.
The result of the matter is:
The first group actually practiced for 20 minutes a day, and the goal rate increased by 24%.
The second group did not make any progress because they did not practice.
The third group saw a 23% increase in goal percentage!

The training method of imaginative thinking is as follows:
Exercise 1: Envision a rose in your mind and imagine its fragrance. You're on a mountain full of roses, and the strong scent of roses wafts through the mountain.
What does floral scent do to you? What would you do in such a situation? Repeat this exercise with a drop of musk.
Then imagine how strong the musk of a lake full of musk will be and how strong it will be.
Use your imagination again to imagine the birds singing in a forest, one after another, and it is a lively scene.
These exercises should be done in a quiet room. Be sure to mobilize your willpower, control your brain, and work hard to do this exercise. Imagine it as clearly and realistically as possible.
Imagine it again and again until the image comes to life in your mind, as if it were actually presented in front of your eyes.
Exercise 2: Stand next to a babbling stream or waterfall. Now listen carefully to the sound that comes to your ears.
The various sounds are mixed together to create an overall sound effect. What does this sound like? What does it remind you of?
What kind of emotions does it make you feel? As you get used to the overall effect of the sound, try to discern which sounds are mixed together?
After this process is done carefully and meticulously – i.e., after dividing the whole sound into its different components – imagine that one of the sounds is very loud and clear, and make the sound as loud as possible; Then continue to imagine another sound, a third sound, and keep going until all the sound combinations are complete.
Finally, switch from this place where there is sound to a quiet place, and think back to the sound you just heard, first as the whole combination sound, and then think back to each sound you just analyzed. Keep practicing until you can come up with these sounds very casually and easily.
Exercise 3: Recall a distant and real landscape from memory. It's not easy to remember the details, but the details must be there.
As long as you keep trying to remember, you will be able to imagine it. Make sure that the imaginary place is as clear as the real thing, clearly presented in your mind.
In this process, you need to adjust the picture you originally envisioned from time to time to make the landscape come to life in front of your eyes, keep your brain sharp and active in your imagination, and continue to do this exercise with different landscapes until you can effortlessly imagine some kind of real scenery anytime, anywhere.
