The computer master taught me how to set up the timer automatic shutdown function

1.Countdown mode to power off. If you want your computer to shut down after 1 hour, click Start in the lower left corner of the desktop and enter it in the dialog box"shutdown /s /t 3600"command, and then click the [OK] button.

2.Shut down at a specified time. If you want your computer to shut down automatically at a certain time, such as 10 o'clock on the Internet, you can do so by clicking [Start] [Run] and entering it in the dialog box"at 22:

00 shutdown -s'command, and then click the [OK] button.

After timing the computer according to the above method, a countdown prompt window will appear on the screen before the computer is ready to shut down, and the computer will automatically shut down when the time is up. If you want to cancel the scheduled shutdown, just click [Start] [Run] and enter it in the dialog box"shutdown -a"command. Have you learned?

The system is timed to shut down.

WindowsXP comes with a program on the machine, and the command can be run manually under the "Program Start Attachment Command Prompt", or you can create a shortcut on the desktop and enter the "soft" shutdown command in its "Target".

If you want to shut down your computer at 11:00, you can click "Start Running" and enter "at 23:00 shutdown -s", so that at 23:00 the computer will appear "System Shutdown" dialog box, which has a 30-second countdown by default and prompts you to save the file.

f: Forcibly close the application.

l: Log out of the current user.

r: Shut down and restart.

c "Message Content": Enter the message content in the shutdown dialog box (no more than 127 characters).

There is a plan to shut down in the lower left corner of Thunderbolt, and you can set the time yourself.

It can be set in the task scheduler to set up auto-power:

1. Right-click on this computer and select Manage to enter the page.

2. System tools, click on the task scheduler, and click Create Basic Task on the right.

3. In the pop-up window, enter the name and description in the page, Next, select the time point in the trigger, Next.

4. Select the start time, every few days, Next, click Start Program, Next.

5. Enter startup in the program or script box, startup means boot, enter -s in the add parameters, next step.

6. After confirming that it is correct, click Done.

Set up automatic power off:

1. Right-click on the computer, select Properties, and enter the page.

2. Click on the home page of the control panel and change the viewing method to a large icon.

3. Select Management Tools, double-click Task Scheduler, click Actions in the upper left corner, and select Create Basic Task.

4. Enter a name and description on the Create Basic Task page, and click Next.

5. Select the shutdown time point on the page where you want the task to start, and click Next.

6. Set the start time, every few times, click Next, select the startup program, and click Next.

7. Select the shutdown program in the program or script, enter -s in the Add Parameters, click Next, and click Finish after confirming that it is correct.
