As the weather warms, increase the frequency and time of ventilation, and strengthen outdoor sunlight disinfection.

Increase the sense of responsibility for work, especially if there are children with medicine, carefully check the record of taking medicine, and repeatedly read the instructions before feeding.

2. Consolidate children's daily routines and do a good job in the routine training of new students.

Through the cultivation of the last semester, most of the children in the class have a good daily routine, and some of them are younger and weaker in need of teachers to remind them that in the future work, they should continue to consolidate the children's daily routines and make them develop good habits. Ten new children have been added to the class this semester, because the children have not yet adapted to the collective life of the kindergarten, as a nursery staff should reduce the anxiety of the new children entering the kindergarten at the same time, patiently and meticulously cultivate the daily routine of the new children, so that they can integrate into the collective life of the kindergarten as soon as possible.

3. Strengthen care for outdoor activities to ensure the safety of young children.

As the weather warms up, the outdoor activity time is relatively extended, and the children's clothes are gradually reduced, so in the process of outdoor activities, one must take good care of the children, and wipe the sweat in time; Second, we must put an end to accidents, carefully check the venue and children's clothing before outdoor activities, and put an end to all potential safety hazards.

4. Cooperate with the teachers in the class to do a good job in various activities.

In my daily work, in addition to completing the health work, I try to participate as much as possible in the education work, so that the educational activities are more in-depth, the educational activities are extended to the childcare link, and the educational principles of the combination of childcare and unity are fully implemented. This semester, the park is preparing to carry out activities such as "My Good Mother", "The Most Glorious Labor", and "I Love My Kindergarten". In the process of preparing for the activities of the teachers in the class, I must do my best to take good care of the children in the class, so that the teachers can carry out the activities with all their might.
