1. Guiding ideology.

1. Have a comprehensive understanding of the new trends of early childhood education, and keep up with the pace of modern education. 2. In teaching, respect children and create an equal and harmonious learning atmosphere. The teaching aids before the class should be fully prepared, the content should be rich, vivid and novel, and have strong operability, and the teaching style should be childlike, the image is vivid, and the children are integrated together, so as to create a relaxed and pleasant learning environment for the children. At the same time, it is also necessary to strengthen the training of children's operation ability, so that children can learn to find and solve problems in the game.

3. Pay attention to the role of the creation of a learning environment for children. It is the shared responsibility of teachers and children to create a distinctive and meaningful classroom for children. According to the characteristics of children's age, dynamic and static activities, a variety of activity areas are designed for children, and rich materials are prepared for children, so that children can choose independently, use and create boldly.

4. Encourage children to participate in a variety of activities, such as dance, art and other interest classes, which can not only develop children's intelligence, but also cultivate children's moral, intellectual and physical interests. Pay attention to each child with your eyes, draw the shining points from the children, light the light of their self-confidence and self-reliance, help children discover their strengths and intelligence, and build their self-confidence and sense of belonging to the collective.

5. Pay attention to the connection between homes. Treat every parent sincerely, truthfully communicate with them about their views on children's education, try to meet the requirements of parents, and help check information and answer questions raised by parents about educating children, so that parents feel that I am not only a teacher of children, but also a friend of parents, and we can solve difficulties together. When problems arise, contact parents as soon as possible to let them know that teachers take the problem seriously.
