Replace the tensioner pulley (make sure the large holes in the camshaft locking plate are facing each other Temporarily install the No. 3391 camshaft locking tool on the camshaft sprocket Untighten the bolts of each camshaft sprocket about 5 turns Remove the No. 3391 locking tool Using tool T40001, loosen the camshaft sprocket from the tapered part of the shaft. 6.Gently tighten each camshaft sprocket bolt to ensure that the camshaft sprocket can turn freely, but not tilted.
8.Make sure the crankshaft locking pin is positioned correctly Starting from the crankshaft sprocket, install the timing belt in a counterclockwise direction. 10.
Make sure the non-tensioned side of the belt between sprockets is taut. Note: If you want to reuse the old belt, turn the direction marker.
11.Install the No. 3391 camshaft locking tool on the camshaft sprocket Using an Allen wrench 11, fully tighten the tensioner pulley clockwise. 13.
Remove the pin from the tensioner housing to loosen the pushrod Remove the Allen wrench, install the torque wrench on the tensioner Apply 15Nm torque counterclockwise to the tensioner Remove the torque wrench. 17.Tighten each camshaft sprocket bolt to 55nm Remove:

Align the timing gear of the camshaft and the timing of the crankshaft with the timing mark on the cylinder head and cylinder.

Hello! The landlord, please fix the above two cam pins with special tools (no special tools to pull the thread), and then mark the loss surface of the crankshaft disc OK. Good luck, serious, thank you, hope.

I have a solution, the middle position of the front end of the 2 camshafts of the Audi V6 engine is equipped with an elliptical row of iron plates, and there are 2 holes on the top, and carefully observe that the 2 holes are large and small, so that the large holes of the left camshaft are horizontal to the right, and the large holes on the right are horizontal to the left.
Camshafts are two large.

If you don't have a timing tool, mark it before disassembling it, and then disassemble it.

Timing installation and pair marking:
1. Keep the piston of the first cylinder at the top dead center position, the notch on the outer edge of the crankshaft timing pulley and the bulge on the pulley chamberTag alignment.
2. Ensure that the pulley chamber and each transmission pulley are clean and free of oil and water, and wipe them with a clean white cloth if necessary.
3. Use a special tool to fix the timing pulley of the fuel injection pump and tighten the nut according to the specified torque. Assemble the belt transition wheel assembly, and tighten the hexagonal flange face positioning bolt connecting the belt transition wheel assembly to the specified 110 10N·m.
4. Use the M8 process positioning bolt to position the camshaft timing pulley and the fuel injection pump timing pulley at the corresponding threaded hole position in the pulley chamber; The pulleys have been marked with assembly marks, and the assembly line assembly has been changed to assembly by marking.
5. The timing belt assembly is required to be inserted into each transmission pulley in turn according to the diagram sequence (i.e., 1 crankshaft timing pulley - 2 camshaft timing pulley - 3 belt transition wheel - 4 fuel injection pump timing pulley), and the mark on the belt is required to be aligned with the mark on each pulley, as shown in the figure. The timing arrow of the belt is the same as the engine running direction (clockwise), and the outer edge of the belt is flush with the outer edge of the camshaft (ensure that the distance between the outer edge of the belt and the outer edge of the camshaft pulley is 0, and ensure that the end face of the belt is in the same plane.)
6. Assemble the tensioner assembly on the pulley chamber, fix the tensioner assembly with hexagonal flange surface positioning bolts, but do not tighten it temporarily, ensure that the tensioner assembly can move freely, and ensure that the camshaft timing pulley and the fuel injection pump timing pulley are not allowed to occur between the camshaft timing pulley and the fuel injection pump timing pulley, between the crankshaft pulley and the camshaft pulley, and the timing belt assembly is absolutely not allowed to be bent during the assembly process.

Pull the car up, remove the baffle below, remove the generator belt, and then remove the cylinder head and the two belt pulleys on the cylinder block! Then remove the belt protective cover, remove the tension wheel, remove the timing belt, replace it, it is recommended to go to the 4S car repair shop to replace.
-
Of course, the bumper had to be removed and replaced. It's a hassle. First get it right on time and then dismantle it.

What is the displacement of A6 in the past few years, the displacement, different car timing belts are different? The old model has 2 timing marks on it: one on the camshaft timing pulley, you can see ah, and the other on the timing mark on the flywheel teeth, you need to use special tools.

Hello, the crankshaft pulley is marked on the timing housing, and the iron pieces on the two camshafts are on the line.
Go to the 4S store and find someone to check.
If you can't enter the 4S shop, you can go to the general repair shop, which can be solved. >>>More
