Because divorce can cause a lot of hard damage to resumes, why is divorce seen as a bad thing by recruiters?

If a person has experienced a divorce, then his mentality is bound to change, which will also have some adverse effects on his work. For example, the mood at work may be unstable, because divorced people will be hurt to some extent, and this hurt may come to their minds at any time, which will affect their state at work. Sometimes we find that some colleagues do not speak or lose their temper for no reason, most of these people are some mentally unsound people, they have had some bad experiences in the past, so it will cause them to have psychological pimples.

In short, divorce will bring a psychological shadow to me, and this shadow will have a certain impact on work.

The divorced state means that you have to spend time looking for a partner in the future, the divorced person is generally older, so their mentality of finding a partner is very impatient, and their parents and people around them will definitely help them to add a hand, so that they will often fall into blind dates, and frequent blind dates make them not have much time to spend on work. Therefore, divorce does have a potential impact on work, but of course it does not mean that divorce is a dishonorable thing. However, according to the traditional thinking of our country, there will be a certain negative perception of the divorcee, regardless of whether the divorce is the reason for the job seeker, if the company finds that one job seeker is divorced and another job seeker is about the same strength, then it will choose another job seeker because he has not been divorced.

Whether you can submit your resume back for an interview depends on how you left your job in the first place. How replaceable is your position? Have you not arrived at this vacant position since you left the company?

If you feel that after you come out, you really can't find a job that is more suitable for you than your original unit, you want to go back, don't submit your resume to the interview, directly ask your former colleagues about whether your original position has recruited people, welcome you to go back, if the company says it is not welcome, you don't go back, even if you go back, it is difficult for you to block the mouth of others, working in a company without dignity, do you think it is meaningful?

If your original position is still vacant, and you still need to recruit new people to fill this hole, and you didn't have any conflicts with the unit when you left the company, which is a good situation of gathering and dispersing, then I believe that the unit will still be willing to let you go back. If you ask your previous direct supervisor to intercede with the HR department, under normal circumstances, the HR department will agree to this situation, because it takes time and energy to recruit a suitable candidate for the position, and if you can sell a favor and benefit yourself, HR will agree.

But don't go back by submitting your resume, because once HR sees your resume and thinks that you were going to leave by yourself, and now you are coming back, it seems that you are too irrational and ridiculous, and it will have a bad impression of you.
