Is Milan related to Loulan

Heding found the ancient city of Loulan, which is only more than 100,000 square meters, near Luobu Naoer, and Western scholars call this city kroraina according to the Lu inscription unearthed in the ancient city"(Kurolaina), so it is believed that Loulan is a transliteration of kroraina.

Later, Chinese scholars interpreted the unearthed artifacts. Chinese scholar Feng Chengjun believes that the second volume of the "Commentary on the Water Classic" quotes the name of Lop Nur in Shi's "Records of the Western Regions" as the prison Lanhai, and this prison orchid and Loulan are the same name and different translations. It seems that the name of the ancient country of Loulan is related to Lop Nur, that is, Lop Nur.

According to records, in the early years of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, in order to remove the threat of the Xiongnu, a fierce enemy in the north, the Western Han Dynasty sent Zhang Qian to the Western Regions, so as to contact Yueshi, Dawan, Wusun and other countries in the Western Regions to attack the Xiongnu.

Although Zhang Qian's envoy did not achieve the expected goal, it deepened the mutual understanding between the Western Han Dynasty and the countries of the Western Regions. Since then, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty has continuously sent envoys to contact the Western Regions, and the frequent trips of the Han envoys have to pass through the "dangdao" Loulan Kingdom.

Loulan is Xinjiang, a small country around it, Loulan is supposed to be a translated language, maybe a transliteration, the names of these countries actually have no specific meaning to a large extent, just to make the translation more pleasant.
