Even workers at the ice factory said that the machines in the factory are running 24 hours a day and can produce hundreds of tons of ice every day. With such a large amount of ice, it's really hard to imagine that it can be produced in a day.

In fact, there are some reasons why ice rinks can produce so much ice every day.

Normally, when making ice, the ice factory will first inject tap water into very high iron troughs, and then move the tap water in these iron troughs to multiple quick-freezing pits behind it by controlling the automation device in the ice factory. Generally speaking, the temperature in the pit is very low, about minus ten degrees. The tap water will condense after about 8 hours in the freezing pit, so that large ice cubes with white flowers are made.

But this is not all made, and all the ice cubes are removed from the mold before they are really made. The ice factory uses automatic devices when making ice cubes, and the number of devices is relatively large, so it is possible to make a lot of ice cubes at one time. After the ice cubes are made, the ice factory usually transports them to the cold room for storage, and then waits for the customers who buy the ice to come and transport them.

Of course, the temperature of the refrigerator is also very low, after all, it is used to preserve the ice, and when a large amount of ice is put into the refrigerator, there is no need to worry about the ice will melt. As long as the temperature is about the same as the temperature of the ice cubes, these ice cubes can of course be stored for a long time. Although the amount of ice produced by the ice factory every day is particularly large, the cost of ice making has also increased relatively due to the cost of electricity, labor and various prices.

But fortunately, the output of ice cubes is particularly large, so the profit obtained is also relatively good.

The finished ice cubes are first transported to the cold room inside the project for preservation. Tap water at room temperature is poured into iron troughs 1 meter long, 20 cm wide and 40 cm high, which are moved to the freezing pit at the back. Take out the mold, place it on the conveyor belt next to the pool, and the ice cubes are ready.

This is mainly to use some chemical methods and chemical things to make these ice cubes, the ice cubes are mainly stored in a special place when they are preserved, and the local temperature is also very cold, and then transported from them when these ice cubes are used.

This is done using some automated settings, most of which are refrigerated in the refrigerator.

Some bacteria can survive at low temperatures, so the refrigerator should be cleaned regularly, preferably once a month in summer, and pay attention to the shelf life of the ice cubes, and throw away those that have been frozen for too long.

Keep the ice cubes in the refrigerator separately from other foods, especially fresh fruits, vegetables and fish, and wrap them in grocery bags to avoid unnecessary contamination of the ice cubes or the smell of the ice cubes. Whether the ice cube is edible or not depends on the presence or absence of pathogenic bacteria, and only when the pathogenic bacteria reach a certain level and number can they cause discomfort.

Ice cubes that are frozen, as long as you don't take them out, keep the power off, and the refrigerator won't break, will always be ice cubes and won't melt.

Because the refrigerator has electricity, it is not broken, it is always working, it will be cooled at any time, and the ice cubes will not melt at all, until you take it out, it will melt.

As long as there is no long-term power outage, it can be ice forever.

1. Put the ice cubes in the bag, put them in the freezer, and move the ice cubes after a while, and when the ice cubes are all frozen, they will not stick together.

2. You can also find a box that can be frozen in the refrigerator, and cut the fresh-keeping bag into several pieces according to the size of the box lid. Then put a layer at the bottom of the box, and then put the ice cubes into the bottom of the box with chopsticks one by one at a certain distance, and then cover a layer (double-layered) cut fresh-keeping imitation bag, and then put ice cubes. And so on until the box is full or the ice cubes are finished, then put them in the refrigerator.

3. The best way is to freeze the ice cubes with a mold, after freezing, put the mold in a basin of cold water for a while, there is no need to use warm water, and there is no need to pour water on the ice. Then hold both ends of the mold and twist it one after the other.
