Solution: 1. Replace the foot switch and connect the line;

2. Replace the relay (if necessary, it can be replaced with a small contactor control);

3. Replace the time relay and adjust the energizing time to be less than the time required for the punch at 5 o'clock;

4. Replace the electromagnetic armature and replace the return spring;

5. Replace the tension spring: select the appropriate length;

6. Replace the square key and the tension spring;

7. Adjust the tightness of the brake pad, and replace the new brake pad if necessary.
