FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 is the 22nd edition of the FIFA World Cup, which will be held from November 20, 2022 (November 21, Beijing time) to December 18, 2022 at 8 stadiums in 5 cities in Qatar (the schedule has been reduced from 32 days to 29 days).
Qatar is the third Asian country to host the World Cup after Japan and South Korea, the first Islamic country to host the tournament, and the first country to have never qualified for the World Cup finals since World War II.
