4) There are no less than 30 skilled workers above the intermediate level who have passed the assessment or training.

3. Enterprise engineering performance.

In the past 5 years, he has undertaken the construction of 2 fire-fighting facilities projects with a single construction area of more than 40,000 square meters (each project includes automatic fire alarm system, automatic fire extinguishing system and smoke prevention and exhaust system), and the quality of the project is qualified.

Level 2 Qualification Standards:

1. Enterprise assets.

Net assets of more than 6 million yuan.

2. The main personnel of the enterprise.

1) There shall be no less than 3 registered constructors majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering.

2) The technical person in charge has more than 8 years of experience in the construction technology management of fire protection facilities engineering, and has the senior title of engineering sequence or the professional qualification of first-class registered construction engineer in mechanical and electrical engineering; There are no less than 6 personnel with intermediate titles or above in HVAC, water supply and drainage, electrical, automation and other majors, and the majors are complete.

3) There are no less than 15 construction site management personnel with post certificates, and the construction personnel, quality personnel, safety officers, material personnel, data personnel and other personnel are complete.

4) There are no less than 20 skilled workers above the intermediate level who have passed the assessment or training.

5) The technical person in charge (or registered constructor) has presided over the completion of no less than 2 projects required by the first-level qualification standards of this category.

Scope of contracted works.

First-class enterprise: can undertake the construction of various types of fire protection facilities projects.

Second-level enterprises: can undertake the construction of the following fire protection facilities projects with a single construction area of less than 50,000 square meters

1) Civil buildings other than first-class high-rise civil buildings;

2) Factories, warehouses, storage tanks, and storage yards with fire hazard below Class C.

Note: The classification of civil buildings and the division of fire hazards of factories, warehouses, storage tanks and storage yards are determined in accordance with the Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings (GB50016-2014).

The installation qualification must be examined by the Human Resources and Labor Bureau.

Fire protection companies need to apply for the qualification of fire technical service organization. The following materials shall be submitted to the fire department of the public security organ of the institution:

1. Application form for qualification of fire technical service organization;

2. A copy of the business license and other legal person identification documents;

3. The articles of association of the legal person and a copy of the ID card of the legal representative;

4. List of employees and their ID cards, registered fire engineer qualification certificates and their social insurance certificates, professional qualification certificates for specific types of work in the fire protection industry, copies of labor contracts, etc.

Article 8. The second-level qualification of the fire protection facility maintenance and testing institution shall meet the following conditions:

1) The legal personality of the enterprise, with a registered capital of more than 2 million yuan and a construction area of more than 200 square meters;

2) Instruments, equipment and facilities that are compatible with the business scope of maintenance and testing of fire-fighting facilities;

3) More than six registered fire engineers, including at least three first-class registered fire engineers;
