7.**Business. Genuine software is usually supplied through genuine software vendors. Pirated software is supplied through chaotic and even illegal channels.

How to determine the use of pirated software:

1. The software belongs to the scope of works protected by China's copyright law;

2. The user uses the software for profit;

3. The user has not obtained the consent of the copyright owner and has not paid the corresponding remuneration to him.

Article 25.
