Type 1 people are basically driven by beliefs and a desire for good, so they tend to be very upright and conscious, or they can be very critical. Honest Type 1 people are fully committed to their work, they are responsible, conscientious, and strive for perfection. Mission-driven is a good example of how well they are in the workplace, and they often become the backbone and role models of the team.

Type 1 people strive for perfection and always have high expectations for themselves and the people they work with, and they may end up being very critical and exhausted. It is advisable to relax a little in the workplace, recognize the efforts of others, and build friendly relationships with colleagues, which can reduce stress.
