How to upload a document, and how to upload a document

Step 1: Log in.

Users can log in directly to the library, and if you don't already have an ID, register one first.

Step 2: Click on the "Share My Document" button.

On the homepage and detailed document pages, there is an orange button, "Share My Document", which will enter the document upload page. The whole document upload operation is simple and fast, and mainly includes two parts: submitting document attachments; Fill in the introduction to the document.

Step 3: Upload Document 1 - Submit Document Attachments.

A: Click the "Browse" button on the Upload Document page to upload the document.

Please upload the attachment from your local computer.

After the attachment upload is complete, click the "Start Upload" button, and the attachment you submitted will be automatically uploaded.

b: It should be noted that the types currently supported by the document include:

doc/.docx；.ppt/.pptx/.pps；.xls/.xlsx；.pot；.pps；.vsd；.rtf

C: In order to guarantee the upload speed of users, we allow the upload of documents with a size of less than 5M.

If the size of your document is more than 5M. For example, we recommend that you split the content of a Word document into two parts.

Step 4: Upload the document – fill in the document introduction.

A: The document title defaults to the name of the attachment you uploaded. You can also make modifications. The title of the document cannot be empty, and you can enter up to 20 Chinese characters.

b: A brief introduction to your document makes it easy for other users to quickly understand the main content contained in your document.

The document introduction cannot be empty, and you can enter up to 100 Chinese characters.
