2. Establish a local coordinate system, give x:1 y and z to 0 in the material, and then define the local coordinates for the permanent magnet.

In V12 radial magnetization is achieved directly in the material by setting the cylindrical coordinates r=1 or r=-1 regardless of whether the permanent magnet rotates or not, because the direction of magnetization is always pointing towards or away from the origin.

3.Parallel magnetization, if it is a static magnetic field, that is, the permanent magnet does not move, can be set in the material, when the Cartesian coordinate is selected, the x=1 y=1 permanent magnet magnetization direction is 45°.

Since permanent magnets are constantly rotating, it is not possible to orient them using a fixed coordinate system (CS). Therefore, it is necessary to use a polygon coordinate system. A region coordinate system is a coordinate system associated with the surface of an object.

When an object rotates, the area coordinate system rotates with it. Select the menu bar 3D Modeler > Coordinate System > Create > Face CS or select the icon.

Magnetization method of permanent magnet material:

1) The principle of magnetization is to use electromagnetic force to form a hysteresis loop inside the material, and its amplitude is high and the width is large, and the remanence is large. In order to achieve the above results, appropriate magnetic materials are required.

2) Theoretically, the higher the temperature, the more unfavorable the remanence will be, and it will completely lose magnetism at about 760 degrees.

3) Generally, it is completely demagnetized first and then magnetized.

4) The polarity of the solenoid coil is set in the opposite direction.

5) The flux value is closely related to the magnetic field strength, and the greater the chain value, the greater the magnetic field strength.

6) It should be said that there is no element attenuation, only demagnetization is not clean, and the direction of the next magnetization is opposite to the polarity reduction, so the magnetization effect is poor.
