How to go directly to the administrator

Hold down Ctrl+Alt and double-click Del, you will be asked to enter your username and password, and you can try Administrator again to see if it works.

When you start up and log in, you can log in by pressing CTRL+ALT+del twice to enter the user password.

Enter the administrator followed by the password you set when you installed the device.

If you don't find the Administrator folder on the C drive, you can try the following:

4.Manually create the administrator folder. If the administor folder really doesn't exist, you can create its folder manually.

These methods should help you find the administrator folder. If the problem persists, consider scanning your computer with antivirus software to see if there are issues such as malware or viruses.
