Ingredients: 200g paprika (sea pepper noodles) - Choose the best fresh, fragrant one.
Korean paprika 100g - Korean paprika helps the finished product to brighten its color.
50 g crushed chili peppers - Crushed chili peppers can help the taste of the finished product.
20 grams of Sichuan peppercorns.
50 g of cooked white sesame seeds - to increase the flavor of the finished product.
10 g salt 500 ml of vegetable oil.
Procedure: Put the dry ingredients into a container that is not afraid of hot and mix well.
Heat the oil to 7 hot, pour it into the dry ingredients, stir well with bamboo chopsticks and let stand for more than 2 hours. (The way to tell if oil 7 is hot is to put a small drop of water into the oil if the water is produced immediately.)"Squeak"sound on it; If the oil is already smoking, it is too hot, let it cool for 1 minute before using it, otherwise the red oil will be bitter. )
Pour the red oil into a glass bottle and store it.
After the red oil is used up, the remaining sediment can be used with some hot oil again. Materials that have been used twice can be thrown away.

3. Keep the heat on medium and keep stirring, when the other things in the oil no longer have moisture and become dry, you can stop the fire (this process takes about 30 to 45 minutes), continue to stir, until the oil is no longer boiling, after it has cooled down, put it aside for about half an hour.
4. Finally, use a colander to filter out the debris, and then use gauze to filter the oil, then, a red, spicy and flavorful red oil will be refined.
