Since September 21, 2017, a low-emission zone for trucks has been set up in the Sixth Ring Road (inclusive), and the following traffic management measures will be taken for some trucks driving on the roads within the administrative area of the city:

1. Trucks with license plates (including temporary license plates) issued by the city shall comply with the following provisions:

1) From 6 a.m. to 23 p.m. every day, trucks are prohibited from passing on the roads within the Fifth Ring Road (not included), and trucks with an approved load weight of 8 tons (inclusive) or more are prohibited on the main road of the Fifth Ring Road.

2) From September 21, 2019, all national emission standard diesel trucks (including national emission standard diesel trucks transporting fresh agricultural products) will be prohibited from passing all day long on the roads within the Sixth Ring Road (inclusive).

2. Trucks issued by other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities with license plates (including temporary license plates) shall comply with the following provisions:

1) From 6 a.m. to 24 p.m. every day, all roads within the Sixth Ring Road (inclusive) are closed to all trucks.

2) From 0:00 to 6:00 every day, trucks (except for trucks transporting fresh agricultural products) entering the roads within the Sixth Ring Road (inclusive) must apply for a permit to enter Beijing.

3) Prohibit diesel trucks with national emission standards from entering the roads within the Sixth Ring Road (inclusive) throughout the day. From 0:00 to 6:00 every day from September 21, 2017 to September 20, 2019, the following two types of vehicles can enter the roads within the Sixth Ring Road (inclusive):

1.Diesel trucks with national emission standards confirmed by the relevant administrative departments to ensure the production and living needs of the city and apply for the permit to enter Beijing.

2.The whole vehicle transports fresh agricultural products to the national emission standard diesel truck.

4) From September 21, 2019, all national emission standard diesel trucks (including national emission standard diesel trucks transporting fresh agricultural products) will be prohibited on all roads within the Sixth Ring Road (inclusive) throughout the day.

3. Military and armed police vehicles, police cars, ambulances and other special vehicles performing tasks are not subject to the above measures.

Fourth, in addition to complying with the above provisions, the trucks issued by the city and other provinces, districts and municipalities shall also comply with other traffic management measures formulated by the relevant departments of the city.

5. The traffic management department of the public security organ shall, in accordance with the provisions of this notice, set up prohibition signs on the roads around the prohibited area for motor vehicles. For motor vehicles that enter the prohibited area in violation of the provisions of this notice, it shall be deemed to be an illegal act of "driving in violation of the prohibition sign instructions" and shall be punished according to law.

6. The content of the traffic management measures for trucks in the Notice of the Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission, the Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, and the Public Security Traffic Management Bureau of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau on Adopting Traffic Management Measures for Some Motor Vehicles to Reduce Pollutant Emissions (Jing Jiao Fa 2014 No. 29) is inconsistent with this Notice, and this Notice shall prevail.

During the meeting, pay attention to traffic notices and follow the instructions of the traffic police on site.

During the period from November 3 to November 12, 2014, temporary traffic management measures will be taken for motor vehicles (including vehicles with temporary license plates) in the city. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. The motor vehicles of the party and government organs at all levels in the city and the social organizations, public institutions and state-owned enterprises under the city shall be suspended for 70% throughout the day.

2. Vehicles transporting earthwork or muck, hazardous chemicals transporting vehicles, vehicles holding yellow environmental protection signs and hanging test vehicle number plates are prohibited from driving on the roads within the administrative area of the city throughout the day. Hazardous chemical transport vehicles that really need to enter the roads of the prohibited areas shall drive according to the regulations after applying for relevant documents.

Three, every day from 3 o'clock to 24 o'clock, the city issued a license plate motor vehicle in the administrative area of the city according to the license plate tail number of the road according to the license plate tail number of the implementation of a single number of single day, double number of double day driving (single number, double number), two two "type license plate motor vehicles according to the double number management. 3) Beijing B license plate motorcycles are prohibited from driving on roads within the Fifth Ring Road (including the Fifth Ring Road) throughout the day;

4) The above-mentioned vehicles are prohibited from driving on the roads within the main urban area of Huairou throughout the day.

APEC Beijing is fully restricted and not divided into several rings!

During the period from 6 to 11, all large trucks with Tianjin license plates cannot be driven.

1.The roads involved in the tail number restriction are all roads (including counties and districts) within the administrative division of Tangshan City.

2.The restricted vehicles are non-operating small cars, including non-local vehicles (the nature of use is subject to vehicle registration).

3.The punishment method is a combination of on-site punishment by electronic police and people's police, and a fine of 100 yuan is not scored.

4.During the restriction period, if the same vehicle violates the regulations multiple times on the same day, continuous penalties will be imposed at intervals of 4 hours.
