After you come out, the information that emanates from your body is the information of the heavens and the universe.
Enter the first Zen. When entering the first meditation, it is necessary to make all thoughts one thought, that is, there are no distracting thoughts, only one thought. This one thought is settled in the present moment, the body is relaxed, and the body and mind are in harmony, which is called the first meditation.

When entering the second meditation, there will be a noticeable change in the body, and the breathing will become weaker and weaker (having a breath means that the energy will be leaked, and it is also releasing energy). When you really enter the second meditation, you don't have to breathe.
Because his energy is like outstretched hands and feet, all of which are integrated with the universe. In other words, his "spiritual hand" has reached out to the horizon and to the source of energy. At this time, as the "hand of the heart" is stretched out, a flowering force will rise within you, and the inner flower will keep blooming.
When you enter the Three Meditations and become One, the whole becomes one with the information of the heavens, the earth and the universe. At this time, you are the message of heaven and earth, and the message of heaven and earth is you.
If you merge quickly at this time, then you will settle down quickly, and you don't need to live for a long time. Some people live in Dingzhong after they live, and the information is not integrated, and there is no state of "I am the information, and the information is me". When he finishes the information and comes up with "I am the message, the message is me," he will continue to move forward and enter the four meditations.
During the Four Meditations, not only is the pulse gone, but even the physical and psychological reactions are gone, which means that there is no knowledge of thinking and acting. At this time, we can understand it as having transcended the five, six, seven, and eight senses.
In the process of opening, in the fixed state, there will be a picture. After opening, it will close, open and close, open and close, open and close, ......It may be necessary to open and close many times, some people have more, some people have less, and everyone's karma is different, but it must go through this process of opening and closing.
