The year 20xx is coming to an end, and looking back on our work this year, there are mixed joys and sorrows. Of course, it depends on the word "diligence", and for other tasks assigned by the school leaders, we are also on call to complete them.

Second, in my work, I always focus on the word "responsibility", my work is responsible for students, parents, and the development of the school. So I insist that people do not leave their posts, do not empty posts, close the door frequently, for every car in and out, I do it with a smile in and out, tirelessly ask the ins and outs, strict control, the advantage of this is to intercept a lot of idlers and other vehicles that have nothing to do with the school outside the school gate. To the visitor'Parents and outsiders came and went, and I did a careful check, registration and guidance.

3. I have always followed the word "love" to manage students, and treat students as if they were out to care for them and love them. In this way, we also have a return, what is it? It's the smiles and greetings of the children as they enter and leave the school gates, and to be honest, when I hear the greetings and see the smiles of the children, I am satisfied.
