2) Interpretation of exemption conditions: the old and new policies apply at the same time!

1. There are two exemption conditions, which must be met at the same time! The specific situation is analyzed as follows:

Applicants who meet the requirements for exempting some subjects must meet the two conditions of obtaining senior professional titles and working in pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine at the same time. Candidates who have been hired for senior professional and technical positions in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, have been engaged in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for 20 consecutive years, and meet the conditions for exemption from two subjects stipulated in Article 5 of the "Implementation Measures for the Professional Qualification Examination for Licensed Pharmacists" in the original document No. 34, can continue to apply for exemption from two subjects before December 31, 2020, and the validity period of their examination results shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the original No. 34 document, and they must pass the examination subjects within one examination year.
