In Canada, there are actually many illegal immigrants from China, most of them from Fujian, China, and Guangdong. These people themselves do not have a high level of education, and many of them are from rural Fujian. In their opinion, there is no language requirement for manual labor.

It's always better to do manual labor in Canada than in rural areas. They are not very demanding, so they are more satisfied with Canada as a society than skilled immigrants. Expectations are not high, and when faced with the same circumstances, there will be fewer natural disappointments.

They prefer to be in Canada instead.

3 People from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

First of all, people from these three places came through legal means, because people from these places generally don't come out. A large number of people from Hong Kong immigrated to Canada in '97, and since then they have returned a lot. These people themselves were brought up in a Commonwealth colonial environment.
