You can try fn+ other function keys to see if it works? If it doesn't work, your driver is not installed, if you don't know what driver you need, you can use the driver wizard to help you find it.

1. Press and hold the "FN" key on the keyboard, and then press the "F11" key (reduce the volume) or the "F12" key (increase the volume) on the keyboard.
