Is there a problem with looking at a mountain being a mountain, seeing a mountain not a mountain, looking at a mountain or a mountain? It's just that the vision brought about by different moods is different.

About bodhichitta:

1 The Buddha taught us in the Diamond Sutra that "all dharmas can be achieved through forbearance", and all the good dharmas in the world cannot be achieved if we cannot endure them. There is a public case in the Buddhist scriptures, which is about the Venerable Sariputta, and he shows that he is a Hinayana arhat.

2 Sariputta set his heart on the bodhisattva path, and as soon as he developed a great bodhichitta, God incarnated to test him. He couldn't stand the test, and immediately gave up.

3 When God Deli manifested a brahmin with a very painful expression, the Venerable Sariputta met him on the road and asked him, "What is your problem, why are you so miserable?" ”

4 And he said, I have a sick man in my house, and I am very wretched. Now I finally found a doctor, and the doctor needs a medicine primer to prescribe medicine, and this primer is too difficult to find, and I have no choice, so I feel very miserable all day long. ”

5 Venerable Sariputta asked, "What is the primer of medicine?" He said

It is necessary to have the eyes of a true cultivator to make a medicine guide. "This is not difficult, I am a cultivator, I will give up an eye to make a medicine primer for you." As soon as he finished speaking, Venerable Sariputta gouged out an eye and gave it to him.

6 When the eye was gouged out, the brahmin said, "Your old man is mistaken, and I want the medicine for my left eye, not my right eye." "Why didn't you say it earlier? "Since he was determined to practice the bodhisattva path, Venerable Sariputta gouged out his left eye.

7 And the brahmin took his eyes, and smelled them, and threw them into the ground, and trampled them under the ground. He said, "This eye is not good, not anymore." When Venerable Sariputta heard this, he thought to himself: The Bodhisattva path is really difficult, forget it, I still practice Hinayana and immediately retreat!

8 Therefore, the bodhisattva path is really difficult to do, "you can endure it if you can't bear it, you can do it if you don't do it", if you don't have a heart, then you will have heavenly gods and ghosts to test you. If you don't really have the heart, you will definitely retreat!

When you meet such a person, it is what the Buddha said that "resentment and hatred will be" suffering. One of the eight hardships of life is inevitable. Even if you are a monk, you may meet such a person.

For such a person, it is recommended to continue to help him, so that it seems to have suffered a big loss. But for those who study Buddhism and practice, the person who makes you suffer is equivalent to giving you **, so smile silently.

Becoming a monk is immeasurably meritorious. If there is fate, no matter how difficult it is, you will come out. If you don't have a chance, you can practice at home by being filial to your parents and helping others.

It's good to help others, so why worry too much. But do what you can, and don't thin donkeys pull hard.

Do it for him, don't take it to heart, don't do it for him, don't take it to heart.

This kind is the typical despicable villain. Break off friendship and ignore him.

Directly refuse, do you know that you are helping him create karma, and you are also guilty, there is no Amitabha Buddha.

Debts are repaid, and lives are repaid.

Even if it is a hundred thousand eons.

The work is not dead.

Karma will meet.

The retribution is self-retribution.

After learning Buddhism, let us understand the truth of cause and effect, and not being greedy in the face of obedience, and not being angry in the face of adversity, is the attitude that the Buddha should have.

If you want to change your life, you must make great efforts to change the evil and change the good, and correct your own heart. This "Four Disciplines" should be studied hard.

The truth of Buddhism is very deep, learn and be able to practice, only then will you benefit, and after benefiting, you can push yourself and others, and only then will you be in line with the Buddha's heart.

Generosity is rewarded with wealth! Stealing greedy for small poverty!

Eating meat is sick, killing is short-lived! The life of the freer!

Eat vegetarian and healthy, and don't owe debt!

For thousands of years, the grievances in the bowl are as deep as the sea, and the hatred is difficult to settle.

If you want to know the sword robbery in the world, listen to the sound of the slaughter door in the middle of the night.

Sow good because you get good results!

Sow evil for evil and reap evil results!

Worship the Buddha, and the sin will destroy Hengsha.

Reciting a sentence of the Buddha will add immeasurable blessings!

I wish six o'clock auspicious and blessed wisdom!

Nan is not big (taking refuge in Buddha).

Nan no Dharma (refuge in law).

Nan no Sangha (ga first sound) ah (take refuge in Sangha).

Nan no Master Shakyamuni Buddha.

There is no Amitabha Buddha in the south!

Namor, Namor, Ayina, the first sound.

[If you want to know the cause of the past life, the recipient of this life is.] If you want to know the consequences of the afterlife, the author of this life is. 】

What was planted in the past is now retribution. The cause is planted now, and the future is retributed. Normal.

Continue to practice and repent of bad karma. Accumulate merit. Strictly observe the ten good karmas.

Why does it have to be smooth to study Buddhism? You have to bear the negative karma you created in your past lives.

When we encounter such doubts, we should follow the law, that is, rely on the scriptures.

Whether it is taking precepts and cultivating goodness, practicing Mahayana, or even practicing the path of ordination, etc., you can use this merit to return to the blissful world of rebirth, not depending on which Buddha or Bodhisattva you recite on a daily basis. For example, the high-grade middle life in the Sutra of Meditation:

Those who are born in the upper grades do not have to be held to read and recite scriptures. Good at understanding righteousness, in the first righteousness, the mind is not disturbed, deeply believes in cause and effect, does not slander the Mahayana, dedicates this merit, and wishes to live in bliss. 』

In other words, whether or not to be reborn in the Elysian World is whether or not we have made a wish to be reborn in the Land of Blissful Buddha, and there is no limit to the practice of Kung Fu, reciting Amitabha, reciting Guanyin Bodhisattva, Jizo Bodhisattva, etc., so the Sutra will say this

There are three kinds of sentient beings who deserve to be reborn. What is three? One is compassionate and does not kill, and has all precepts; The two recite Mahayana, Fang and other scriptures; The three practice the six thoughts. Dedication to make a vow, willing to give birth to another country; With this merit, one day or even seven days will be reborn. 』

If Hou Xue meets Master Jingkong one day, he will definitely ask the old man face to face: Master! You say that you can't go to Elysium by reciting other Buddhas, so why does the Buddha say that people who practice the six thoughts can be reborn in the Elysian World by dedicating themselves to wishing to be reborn in Elysium.

In the six thoughts, including the Buddha and the Sangha, since the Buddha is recited, of course, there is no limit to the recitation of Amitabha Buddha, and the recitation of Guanyin Bodhisattva is not also a Sangha? Bodhisattva monk is also.

Therefore, if you practice any of the 84,000 methods, as long as you dedicate yourself to the Elysian World, you can be reborn!

All Buddha lands can only be reached after attaining the fruition position, and those who do not attain the fruition status cannot reach the Buddha country. However, because the Pure Land of the Western Elysium has the power of Amitabha's wishes, it is for this reason that people who have not yet attained the fruition level are allowed to pass away, and it is because of this reason that ordinary people can recite the Buddha's wishes and pass away.

Rebirth in the Western Elysium and attainment of fruition are two different concepts. The 84,000 Dharma methods are all paths to Buddhahood, and rebirth in the Pure Land of Amitabha Buddha is one of the paths to success.

Do you get the idea?

The parable says: There are 84,000 ways to eat, and all of them can be eaten. Once you have eaten enough, you don't have to seek these 84,000 methods anymore.

Another analogy: There are 84,000 ways for people with business knowledge and skills to make a living, and all of them can be successful, and there is no need to have a different heart. You can succeed.

The same is true for studying the Dharma. As long as the heart is pure and the Dharma is understood, then there is no need for Guanyin Bodhisattva, no need to recite it for Jizo Bodhisattva, and there is no need for other methods.

The purpose of reciting sutras is to be pure and enlightened. After enlightenment, you don't have to recite any scriptures.

Eighty-four thousand methods: Is it out of your mind? Since your mind is full of Amitabha, isn't it the Amitabha Buddha who has the immeasurable light and longevity of all the virtues? In this way, the name of Amitabha Buddha rules everything.

If you recite a Buddha, you are also reciting the Buddha of the Ten Directions, but you are not a Bodhisattva yourself, and the Bodhisattva can pray to the Ten Directions in one thought, and you are also reciting the Buddha, but we ordinary people are reciting a Buddha well, and the most difficult thing for all beings in our sampa world is to recite the mind, and the Bodhisattva can recite the Buddha of the Ten Directions, which is achieved by the great supernatural wisdom and meditation, but we have deep karma, and we can't do it like a Bodhisattva, so we can only practice slowly. Of course, after passing away, it is also in accordance with the Bodhisattva Wish, and all the Buddhas of the boundless and immeasurable must worship and recite it.

Reciting Amitabha Buddha can go to the West, which is the wish of Amitabha Buddha. In addition, you can go to the inner courtyard of Maitreya in Tushitian by reciting Maitreya, and you can go to the land of Medicine Buddha by reciting Medicine Buddha, and so on.

Then, the other methods are generally to become a Buddha by yourself and create a Buddha land by yourself.

Clause.

1. Not according to law; Clause.

2. According to the meaning and not according to the language; Clause.

3. According to righteousness, not according to righteousness; Clause.

Fourth, according to wisdom not according to knowledge.

We must rely on our own rational understanding, and we must not be emotional. If we are not a person again, we have not attained the root of wisdom, and we are in the period of the end of the Dharma, we can only honestly recite the Buddha, so that we can get rid of the six realms of reincarnation and understand the method of consummating righteousness, what else is there to discriminate?

You can understand that other methods are your fate, all the laws return to the sect, and the doors can reach the holy realm, there is no distinction between high and low, but it is not as special as reciting the Dharma. In the period of the end of the Dharma, among all the sutras, what can really help us to live and die in this life and out of the three realms is the Pure Land Three Sutras. In addition to these Three Classics, if you want to think about life and death and exit from the Three Realms, it is not so simple, and ordinary people decide that they can't do it.

Unless you are a genius, you are the upper root, you are a re-emergent, then there is nothing to say, that can be done. There is no way for middle and lower root people to live and die, only to recite the Buddha and bring karma to life. Therefore, this scripture is the ultimate righteousness and the perfect righteousness.

The old mage is just trying to tell you that this is a good method and will not delay you. I thought about it for you, and I was afraid that you would take the "wronged" road. Hehe. In addition, it is very important to read the article in context, and it is very important to say this paragraph under what circumstances, otherwise the context will be lost, and the meaning will not be complete.

This is not a contradiction. What the Master means is that if a person has practiced the Dharma, if he does not meet the conditions to enter the Elysian World, then it is impossible for him to go to other Buddha realms, because the threshold for entering the Elysian World is the lowest. To give a figurative example, it is the college entrance examination.

The college entrance examination will set up a score line, let's say the key class of undergraduate score line, reach this score line, you may be admitted to a class of undergraduate (independent enrollment and bonus points are not considered here), and Elysium is as long as you reach the score line you can enter, regardless of the number, and if you practice other methods to go to other Buddhist countries, for example, you want to go to a certain Buddha land, but do not meet this condition, just like you apply for Peking University, but the test score is only a little higher than the key line, Of course, you can't get in, and if it's lower than the key line, it's impossible to be admitted.

This problem is like when you are hungry, you can eat and drink water, but we don't use water to solve the problem of food and clothing, are we separated? Therefore, although there is a distinction, but there is no distinction, the Buddha vows are different when the cause is different, and the Pure Land inspired by the retribution is also different, of course the Buddha does not have a discriminating mind, but all sentient beings need to be saved with such karma, and the Pure Land of the Buddhas is only the Pure Land of Amitabha Buddha is the easiest to die, so the Buddha specially recommended this method back then, as for other lands are not impossible to go, you can go to any land of Bliss, the Buddha said very clearly in the scriptures, the Bliss of the Past Life is the Land of the Buddhas of the Ten Directions World, Because when you reach Bliss, you don't turn away from the Bodhisattva, and the Bodhisattva wants to go to which Buddha land is just a matter of thought.
