5. Zi said: "If you are a threesome, you must have my teacher; Choose those who are good and follow them, and change those who are not good. ”

6. Zi said: "I have five out of ten and am determined to learn, thirty and stand, forty and not confused, fifty and know the destiny of heaven, sixty and obedient, seventy and do what I want, do not exceed the rules." ”

Translation: 1. Confucius said, "Aren't you happy to learn it and review it often?" Isn't it also happy to have fellow disciples and brothers from afar? People don't understand, but they don't resent it, aren't they also morally cultivated people? ”

2. Confucius said: "If you review the old knowledge, you can have a new understanding and experience, and you can become a teacher."

4. Confucius said: "For learning, people who know how to learn are not as good as those who love to learn; People who love to learn are not as good as people who take learning as fun. 5. Confucius said: "When several people walk together, there must be my teacher among them; Choose what is good from them and learn from them, and correct what they are not good. ”

6. Confucius said: "At the age of fifteen, I was interested in learning; Able to stand on their own feet at the age of thirty; At the age of forty, he can understand affairs; At the age of fifty, I understood the laws and destiny of nature; At the age of 60, he can distinguish between truth and falsehood in all kinds of remarks, and he can listen to them calmly; At the age of seventy, he can do whatever he wants, but he does not transgress the rules of the law. ”

6. "If you are a threesome, you must have my teacher; Choose those who are good and follow them, and change those who are not good": when several people walk together, there must be someone who can be my teacher, choose their strengths to learn and adopt, and their shortcomings (if they have them) are corrected.

Zi said: "Reviewing the old and learning the new can be a teacher." ”

Translation: Reviewing what we have learned can gain new understanding and appreciation, and we can use such people as teachers.

Zi said: "If you learn without thinking, you will be reckless, and if you think without learning, you will die." ”

Zi said: "The year is cold, and then I know that the pine and cypress will wither." ”
