Dear citizens and friends,
The theme of the World Expo, "Better City, Better Life", indicates that the Expo will pay more attention to the protection of the ecological environment. As Young Pioneers, we can't manage the environment, but we can minimize the garbage around us. Fangua Lane Primary School, Hengfeng Middle School, Qingyun Middle School, and Shibei Junior High School have successively carried out the theme activity of "Welcoming the World Expo and Protecting the Environment" in various communities and gardens in Zhabei District.
No matter how hot the sun is, it can't stop our enthusiasm. No matter how strong the wind blows, it can't stop our desire for the Expo.
Green is the eternal concept of human beings.
Green is a symbol of civilization.
Green, which shows the inspiration and charm of nature.
Let's take action now to make the city more green and vibrant.
The sky is bluer, the water is clearer, and the ground is greener. As long as we work together and care about the common cause, Shanghai will become a circular city with efficient use of resources and an environmentally friendly city with the participation of the whole people.
Create a civilization and a wonderful expo.
China has been a country of etiquette since ancient times, and Shanghai, as the host city of the World Expo, must reflect the culture and connotation of etiquette. Wonderful World Expo, civilization first. It is hoped that students will actively participate in the World Expo, create civilization together, and understand the World Expo, participate in the World Expo, contribute to the World Expo, and share the victorious achievements of the World Expo in the whole process of welcoming and hosting the World Expo.
Let us continue to promote the construction of civilization and harmony in Shanghai in practice, improve the level of urban civilization faster, wider and better, use the small hands of students to hold the big hands of parents and neighbors around us, jointly overcome bad habits in life, abandon dirty mess, develop good habits, show the civilized and healthy image of Shanghai youth, and then guide the whole society to participate in the best bad habits, cultivate civilized habits, and let the spiritual outlook of Shanghai citizens have a fundamental change. Together with good quality to welcome the convening of the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, and strive to hold a successful, wonderful and unforgettable World Expo.

Letter to the Expo.
Hello Expo:
On December 3, 2002, we successfully bid to host the World Expo. When I heard the news, I was overjoyed. As a member of Shanghai, I welcome you to our hot land!
In order to welcome your arrival, we are working hard to prepare for the Expo. Because Shanghai, although it is an international metropolis, there is still a lot to improve. Now, we are working hard to continuously improve.
I remember at the beginning of spring this year, I passed through a neighborhood that I used to pass by when I was in elementary school. But when I passed by, I was dumbfounded. I saw that in the garden of the community, the colorful flowers were arranged in a very regular manner, and the flowers were so clean that I couldn't find a little peel and melon seed shell.
In the past, when I passed by, these were the main ones, and they were all covered with flowers and plants. The flower bed has become a garbage dump. The rockery by the flower bed I saw that time seems to have been dressed in a new outfit.
Is it to welcome spring? But the banner that says "Welcome the World Expo, Celebrate the World Expo" draped over it tells me that it is to welcome you. As I walked that time, I felt that the neighborhood was getting bigger.
Because there is no longer the situation I have always seen before: a wooden stick between two trees, and then the quilt is dried on it. Seeing this seismic change, I am confident that it will be a successful event when you actually arrive in May next year.
Expo, you know, we have not only changed our environment, but also our mental outlook.
Nowadays, people can be said to speak and do things, and they are more civilized and polite. The last time I went to my grandmother's house, I thought that my grandmother's house had just moved and that her neighbors must not know her. But I didn't expect that walking on the street, my grandmother greeted this person for a while, smiled at that person for a while, and I asked my grandmother strangely:
Grandma, you're amazing, you've met so many people within a few days of moving in. "What's this, you know it when you smile at people. "Indeed, I see that almost everyone has a big smile on their face and is very friendly.
Expo, I believe, it must be because of your arrival that we have become so friendly and cordial.
Now, it's time to count down to your arrival. We eagerly await your arrival.
When the time comes, you'll see "Better City, Better Life." everywhereAt that time, we greeted your slogan - City, make life better!

Looking at the big world with small eyes, I think the 21st century is a green century, so the Shanghai World Expo should also be a green event. As a student, I understand that green is the eternal theme of human beings, and how to "decorate" this precious gift in my eyes has become the most earth-shattering wish in my life, so what kind of modest help can I contribute to it? Greening!
I think of a vibrant scene of the world full of greenery. My whole body is full of blood as if it is infused with galloping power, yes!! I have to rely on my own hands to green the surrounding environment, maybe this is just a drop in the ocean for Shanghai, but it also incorporates my blessings and expectations for the Expo!
When I think about it, I get a little relief.

A letter to the Organizing Committee of Expo 2010.
Uncles and aunts of the 2010 Shanghai World Expo Organizing Committee:
Hello! The Beijing Olympic Games have come to a glorious end, and we have ushered in the 600-day countdown to the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. As a descendant of Yan and Huang and a descendant of the dragon, I feel extremely proud! Because the 2010 World Expo will belong to us in China and to us in Shanghai.
I heard my mother say that in order to successfully hold the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, the Hongqiao transportation hub was built. The house in Minhang, my hometown, was demolished last year, and many relatives still live in simple temporary resettlement houses, but everyone has no complaints, and it is our honor to contribute to the World Expo! And also our pride!
However, in order to make a good success of this grand event of human urban life, we need to work hard in many places. To this end, I put forward a few suggestions of my own to the Organizing Committee Sen Morning Meeting:
At present, the number of countries and international organizations participating in the 2010 Shanghai World Expo has set a record high. In the face of so many foreign guests, there must be a need for a large number of English translators, so we should call on children to start from me, from now on, learn English well, and improve everyone's English level.
I, a little girl who loves to read. I read a lot of books this summer, including the humorous "Naughty Bag Horse Little Jump"; There is "The Story of the Stupid Wolf" that makes me laugh a lot; There is "The Complete Biography of Jammeh's Diary", which writes the voice of the girl; There is also "Dream of Red Mansions" with a touching plot. One of my favorites is "Dream of Red Mansions". >>>More
