My low-carbon life.
I used to keep the lights on all night, the water dripping from night to morning, and the fridge stuffed with messes. In this way, both water and electricity ...... are wasted
Now, I hear the city advocating a low-carbon life, and I gradually understand it. I started a "low-carbon life".
First of all, a low-carbon lifestyle is to pay attention to energy conservation and consumption reduction in the details of life. Except for the fact that the lights must be turned on to do homework, the rest of the things are aided by the lights outside the window. Because our living room is large, the lights outside the window can be eye-catching to see everything in the room, and when eating, it is really like a table of "candlelight dinner", which is really a big "natural lamp!"
As long as I wash my hands, I always tighten the faucet tightly so that the water does not "escape", so that I can rest assured. But I am also worried about whether my parents will do well, every time I see my parents go into the bathroom to wash their hands and turn off the faucet as it is, I am very happy, and I hope that the "low-carbon family" will do better.
There was a mess in the refrigerator, and my mother said it was a waste of electricity, so I had an idea and came up with a clever idea: So, I picked up the cardboard that had been piled up before, made it into boxes of different sizes, and pasted various classification marks on them, and then sorted them according to the classification, and after a while, the refrigerator became clean and tidy, and it looked new, and I saw at a glance that the things were neatly arranged. In this way, it not only helps us, but also saves electricity.
It turns out that when the electrical appliances are on, even the small mobile phone battery emits terrible carbon dioxide when it is plugged in the socket, and the battery should be removed as soon as it is fully charged. I originally thought that carbon dioxide would only be emitted from car exhaust and coal combustion, but I didn't expect that there is a weak amount of "carbon" everywhere in our lives that infringes on our lives and the earth.
Whenever I saw my mom throwing away the bucket of laundry detergent, I would step forward to stop it. I'll make it into a small trash can, some of it looks like a doll, with a pink face, and it's so cute! Some of them are like small animals, vivid, really like a beautiful "landscape"!
When night falls, after dinner, the neon lights on the side of the road add a sparkle to the night, and my father always turns off all the lights in the house, leaving only a dark place where he can't see his fingers, and then, lying on the window, while enjoying the scenery on the side of the road, while singing a song: "The moon represents my heart.......""It's really incomplete, it's a mess.
Raising flowers is a mother's hobby. The spider plants and ivy at home are full of greenery all year round. In every hot summer, my mother will always bring flowers into the house, everyone looks at those greens, allows to inhale those greens, and suddenly feels a little coolness in their hearts, with good air and eye-catching, it is really a double win!
Such a nice home environment, and full of creative little joy.

Now advocating a low-carbon life, have you done it? Today, I want to contribute to low-carbon and be a "low-carbon propagandist".
If you are coming to school by car, please ride or walk to school every day. In this way, you can not only exercise, but also save energy and reduce emissions. One day of driving can reduce kilograms of CO2 emissions.
If you do it every day, everybody does it, and the air will be much cleaner.
Doing this alone is not a low-carbon life. We also need to conserve electricity. In summer, when we use the air conditioner at home, the temperature setting should not be too low, more than 25 degrees is better, so that we can save 50% of electricity; When the computer is not used for a short time, the energy consumption can be reduced to less than 50% by enabling the "sleep" mode; Turn off unused programs and peripheral devices such as speakers and printers; Less hard disks, floppy disks, and optical discs work at the same time; Reduce the brightness of the display appropriately; Turn off your phone every day before going to bed to reduce the number of charges.
Also, remember to turn off the lights, unplug and unplug electrical appliances...You see, these seemingly casual little things are all contributing to "carbon reduction".
If you are a waster of water, then I have to tell you: water is a scarce resource, and saving water is a low-carbon life. Do you still keep the faucet on while brushing your teeth, do you still use a big bucket of water to wash a small garment, do you still see the faucet on and are you indifferent?
If so, please stop now! Think about the parched land in the southwest, think about the compatriots in the southwest who have suffered from drought, and think about our life without water in the future, we can no longer waste a drop of water!
From now on, we should conserve resources, every drop of water, every kilowatt-hour of electricity, every milliliter of gasoline, that is the obligation of each and every one of us. Nowadays, low-carbon living has become a new trend, and I hope that more people will join the low-carbon family. "Low-carbon life, cool the earth", let us work together to create a better and more green future.

The ideal form of "low-carbon economy" is to fully develop the "sunshine economy", "wind energy economy", "hydrogen energy economy" and "biomass energy economy". However, at this stage, the cost of solar power generation is 5-10 times that of coal power and hydropower, and wind power generation in some areas is higher than coal power and hydropower; Hydrogen energy, as a secondary energy source, is still far from the commercialization goal of using clean energy extraction such as wind and solar energy. The development of biofuels at the cost of consuming a large amount of grain and oil crops has triggered the development of grain, meat and edible oil to a certain extent. Worldwide, solar power is expected to account for only 10% of the world's electricity by 2030, and the world's proven reserves of oil, gas and coal will be depleted in the next 100 years or so.
Therefore, in the next few decades of the transition from the "carbon fuel civilization era" to the "solar energy civilization era" (wind energy and biomass energy are the conversion forms of solar energy), one of the important meanings of "low-carbon economy" and "low-carbon life" is to save the consumption of fossil energy and provide time guarantee for the popularization and utilization of new energy. Especially from the perspective of China's energy structure, low-carbon means energy saving, and low-carbon economy is an economy based on low energy consumption and low pollution.

I can only give you some examples of low-carbon living.
If you are a high school student, you can write about the biomass energy aspect (there are engineered microalgae, there are also wood fibers fermented with cellulase into alcohol, biodiesel). You can look up these terms on the Internet, they are all in the encyclopedia. It may be a bit unfamiliar to you, after all, you are not a biology major. >>>More

My low-carbon life.
In the past, I was always very wasteful. In the summer, the air conditioner was turned on overnight and the temperature was turned to the lowest. The TV was on all the time. >>>More
