1.Remove the package.
Most bikes are heavily packed, with twisted handlebars and wheels removed. The first job was to remove all packaging, rope, cable ties, and plastic. The easiest way to do this is to place the bike frame in a large space and remove all the packaging.
If you don't have a work desk, then lean your bike against the wall.
Keep in mind that your bike may not be the right size and may need to be returned. Therefore, it is wise to carefully remove the packaging and be clear about how the packaging is. As if it needs to go back, you can put it in the box.
2.Put the wheels in.
Once the packaging is removed, insert the wheels. To attach the quick-release skewers to the wheels, first apply a thin layer of lubricant to the entire length of the skewers (they may be pre-lubricated). Check the tires for the rotation of the wheels (arrow marks on the sidewalls of the tires rotate forward).
When you are sitting on the bike, the quick release lever should be on the left side of the bike.
When installing the front wheel, simply place the axle evenly into the bar, with the quick release lever located on the left side of the bike. Make sure the wheels are aligned in the middle. You may need to release the cam on the brake caliper so that it widens so that the wheel can be inserted. Less expensive bikes may not have cams.
It's not uncommon for the wheels to bend slightly if not handled properly in transit. Therefore, you should check if they are true. To do this, lift the bike off the ground and rotate the wheels.
You should inflate your tires too! A rail pump with a pressure gauge is the best tool. Most tires have a written word on the side that tells you the recommended pressure you should pump in.
3.Turn the handle.
Loosen the bolt on the stem and twist the handle to the desired position. When tightening the stem bolts, make sure to tighten them gradually and gradually. If you tighten too tightly, then the front bar may fail. If you use a torque wrench, you should have 5-6 Nm of torque on each bolt.
4.Insert the seat bar.
The seatpost may already be in the frame, but clips into its lowest position so that the bike can fit inside the car. In order to get your cushion to the correct height, you can take a look at the previous tweet on how to adjust the height of your own cushion, where you have already written in detail.
5.Set the brakes and gears.
For safety and enjoyment, we strongly recommend that you check that your brakes and gears are set correctly and that the brakes are sufficiently tight.

Last time the car was dismantled**Someone commented to see how to load the car. This is Miss Linda, a female rider from Wanwan, who taught us how to assemble the bike quickly. Miss Linda also has a scarf and bili Oh, but I haven't changed it for a long time

1. First open the package, check the accessories and the like, and then cut the cable tie packaging.
2. We assemble the handlebar faucet first, and first put the faucet base facing forward, which requires loosening three screws. Then repent of the lead on the straight body.
3. Then we remove the card seat of the faucet, and then install the faucet with the water of the handlebar.
4. Then there is the front wheel, the front wheel installation we need to align the brake wheel, to see if the left and right of the brake wheel is the same as the rear wheel. Then remove the set screws and attach the front wheels.
5. After the front wheel is installed, it needs to be tightened with buckles and nuts.
6. Before tightening, you need to straighten the front wheel and the handlebar, and line straight with the body. Then tighten and fix.
7. We install two more foot pedals, the foot pedals are divided into left and right, and the pedals will be marked.
8. It should be noted that the left pedal is screwed in the counterclockwise direction, and the right pedal is normal clockwise.
Then use a wrench.
Tighten it. <>
9. For the installation of the seat, you need to insert the thin end of the steel pipe into the hole at the bottom of the seat, and then tighten the screws.
10. If there are mudguards, you also need to install mudguards and the like.
11. Then after the base is installed, there is a small buckle that needs to be tightened and then fixed, which cannot be forgotten.

Second, start the assembly1. Install the guard wheel with a wrench to remove the rear axle nut, wear the guard wheel and the guard wheel fixing piece together, pay attention to the left and right wheel fixing pieces, the left is L, the right is R.
On the other end, combine the plastic wheels, clips, and plastic wheel covers.
2. Load the handlebar, use an Allen wrench to fix the riser and the transverse pipe, as shown in the figure, pay attention to a safety line on the riser, and the height of the stand shall not be higher than the safety pure line, be sure not to expose the safety line outside, and bury it in the pipe.
<>3. Install the front wheel, pay attention to the front wheel axle with a hook spacer of the opposite sex, and be sure to hook the small hole of the fork.
<>4. Adjust the brake line into the brake handle, through the slot, the two ends of the brake pipe should be fixed in the round groove of aluminum alloy, lock the screws on the brake caliper, pay attention to the line to be moderately tight, too loose can not brake, too tight will the brake will regret the end of the wheel.
